“It's a food truck. It's hard to find good fried fish in Cobb. I ordered the fried whiting with sides of collards and rice n beans. The fish was fried and seasoned perfectly, not salty at all. The rice and beans were the best I ever had. I wonder if they sell a pint size of the rice and beans. The collards were good, too. I loved the food, a good value for the money. I will definitely stop by the next time I'm in that part of town.“

“I hired Willie B's food truck to cater my retirement party, and they did a fantastic job! We chose a menu that included braised beef pot roast, fried whiting, fried chicken, and an assortment of homemade vegetables. The food and service were outstanding, and all of our guests raved about the dishes. We had some vegetarian guests as well, and Mrs. P. ensured they were well taken care of by preparing a delicious portobello mushroom stroganoff. For dessert, we enjoyed homemade banana pudding and peach cobbler that were so good, you’d want to lick the bowl clean! If you need a caterer, please check out Willie B's. They are highly professional, extremely clean in their food preparation, and some of the kindest people you will ever meet. I mentioned a special dish my father loves, which he hadn't had since my mother passed away after suffering a stroke, and Mrs. P. surprised our family by making it. When I say that these owners truly care about the satisfaction and well-being of their clients, believe me—it shows in every bite. There's so much love in their food and service!“

“I was not happy with my food at all today. I’m not sure what happened but everything was cold I had to put salt on it all and my turkey wings didn’t have any seasoning on it. This is the first time I’ve had a complaint about the food. I hope Someone was just having an off day.“

“I ordered the oxtail with mac, and the curry goat with jerk dressing. Everything was flavorful and soulfully satisfying. The oxtails was doing they thang the best. Very succulent. My favorite was the jerk dressing because i never had dressing like that. It has such a rich jerk flavor with a beautiful dressing texture.“
