The staff is always friendly, the service is consistently great, and the sandwiches are fresh, made to order, and completely customizable. You can keep it simple or build something so complicated it needs a blueprint—they somehow get it right every time. Oh and they have the mini cube ice. The best!

I also ordered a slice of red velvet cake, and it’s verified! The cream cheese IS in the icing! Speaking of cream cheese, They also have a Redvelvet cheesecake! Line was staffed and the crew did a great job at balancing customer engagement and vibing to the music while also getting the food out properly and on time. Floor, tables, and sauce bar were clean; chips and cookie basket organized - exactly what the shop should look and feel like. “Me, my niece and my two nephews stopped in this morning to get some sandwiches before we headed to the fair. The two gentlemen on openshift today, Sunday September 24th are absolutely awesome!! They were very patient with us and had EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I'm sorry I did not get their names. But they were so helpful and treated all of us very friendly. I accidentally left my debit card there and realized it by the time I got to the fair. I called Subway and the gentleman told me he would wrap my debit card in a receipt and put it in a cookie bag and pin it to their board in the back with my name and phone number on the outside of the cookie bag. All of our sandwiches were absolutely fresh and delicious and the kids were saying-the sandwiches were bangin'!! The gentleman who made our sandwiches was very nice and polite and extremely helpful. I've worked in customer service my whole life and being a customer today it was really awesome to get excellent customer service on the receiving end!! We stopped back by to pick up my debit card on the way home and it was exactly where the gentleman said he put it- pinned to the board wrapped in a receipt and in a cookie bag with my name and phone number on the outside.
