“The service once we finally got seated on a Saturday night after waiting about 20 mins was great. The food was also very good and once we had a waitress come to our table she was amazing as well. They truly just seemed to be very understaffed and I know from my own personal experience working as a waitress how difficult it can be working so short handed. It was only busy at the bar area, but the rest of the restaurant was pretty empty making the atmosphere not as pleasant but I would definitely eat here again.”

“We went to eat on their anniversary night. It was packed . Everyone worked really hard and was smiling. We were seated and our waitress was different. She brought us the wrong food then argued that it was what we ordered. Things turned around when we met Collin. He apologized and said that he wanted us to have a good experience and come back. He said he worked for some good people and he didn’t want our bad experience to keep us away. From that point on he kept coming and asking if we needed anything. He said when I was young my dad said no matter where you work , work hard and do your job to the best of your ability. He was smiling and showing everyone his daughters picture”the reason he works hard”. Everyone should have a good attitude like Collin. We enjoyed our food and the night”

The pork had good flavor but was a little dry. The brisket was almost as good as any I've ever had. The fries are just regular crinkle cut with a little seasoned salt. The bbq sauce wasn't really special just good enough. Over all good food I do plan to try several more items on the menu.”

“my wife works next door at olive garden. today I was out with the family car (work truck is a mess inside lol) .. anyhow I was doing some christmas shopping with our youngest whos 3 , I was running late coming to pick her up so I told her to go to starbucks and get a coffee ill be there in a few minutes. on the way I got a text that said bring Paxton (our 3 year old) inside. When we got there I brought him in and Santa Claus himself was in the lobby! The employee was extremely friendly, gave me a nice handshake and Santa was very patient and kind, as to be expected from the big man of course! All of the employees were friendly, we frequent this location due to my wife being employed across the parking lot, and they are always friendly , haven't ever made a mistake on our orders and deliver quality service all around inside or in the drive thru. definitely one of the better stores in Rome in terms of customer service and today they went above and beyond while Santa visited, making my son a very happy young man !”

But in the last few weeks something has changed with the cake . Either I’m very unlucky and I’m consistently getting the slice with the least amount of icing per cake piece. Usually I get a nice big slice with a layer of icing on each layer of cake almost as thick as the cake layers themselves. For the last 3 times I’ve not received that at all. The icing has been very thin. I hope they have changed it, it’s amazing!”

this place has Great food I've been there 3 times and each time its been great I keep trying diffrent things there they have varity so this is what I can say is good and hot and has good flavor and meat in the bones and good size wings .....but see below list for things I've tried that I highly recommend....

“Love going to this place. My wife and I go here occasionally, and we love to get the deviled egg appetizer and bacon wrapped shrimp. Sadly, over the last year the quality seems to be going downhill a little bit on these. They are starting to appear more premade in the chiller for long periods of time and the bacon jam today was just some crumbled up bacon. The flavor seems to be getting lost. I truly hope they find their way back as we intend to continue going there. Just need management to recognize issues and resolve them.”

“My grandson and I stopped for lunch. The waitresses were so sweet and polite. Our food was good and the service was great., but the manager was awful and not very professional. The was jumping one of the waitresses for being late this morning but she did it in front of the customers and the other employees. When the waitress tried to explain why she was late the manager repeatedly said that's not my problem, she just kept getting louder. The waitress was just about in tears, it even bothered me to the point that I wanted to say something to her but I didn't.”

“Very good restaurant. I've always enjoyed eating here. I recently took my fiancé here for the first time this week and she has to be gluten-free. I unfortunately did not realize how much of their food contains gluten. Their sauces in their food included soy sauce and the soy sauce they use is not gluten free. Additionally, a lot of their sushi rolls have ingredients that have breading. We eventually ordered a steak bowl for her without any teriyaki or hibachi sauce. It was less than ideal, but our waitress was very patient with us even as we had her ask the kitchen multiple questions about their food. I still give the place 5 stars, but I would be cautious if you are a person who has to be gluten free. There are ways to avoid gluten here, but it's not the easiest place to do so.”

“Food is always pretty good here, but they always stick us by the bathrooms and where they roll silverware. Not sure why that is. Kinda annoying. It's always crowded and super noisy over there. I never think to ask to sit elsewhere so that's on me.”
