“We went to eat on their anniversary night. It was packed . Everyone worked really hard and was smiling. We were seated and our waitress was different. She brought us the wrong food then argued that it was what we ordered. Things turned around when we met Collin. He apologized and said that he wanted us to have a good experience and come back. He said he worked for some good people and he didn’t want our bad experience to keep us away. From that point on he kept coming and asking if we needed anything. He said when I was young my dad said no matter where you work , work hard and do your job to the best of your ability. He was smiling and showing everyone his daughters picture”the reason he works hard”. Everyone should have a good attitude like Collin. We enjoyed our food and the night“

“I love this place. I'm new to eating here but have been back 4 times so far. The grape salad is my favorite, I could eat just that and the cookies and be happy. They have lots of variety and many options for sides, and it tastes fresh and doesn't make you feel miserable after eating like a grease burger.“

“Went to Jersey Mike’s Rome Ga. super busy, but everyone was cool, efficient and friendly. Gave my order and the lady in front of me was taking FOREVER customizing two sandwiches. I sat to the side and waited. My 2 Phillies were done super fast, young guy came around the counter to hand them to me personally. I was almost home when I realized I hadn’t paid. I’m no mooch, so I called the store and asked to pay over the phone. The young guy who helped me took the call, refused to accept payment and thanked me for calling, said it was their fault ( y’all it wasn’t- like I said, place was crazy busy). Sandwiches were top notch as well. Great folks, monster good sandwiches in Rome Ga. 100% recommend.“

“I go here to get subs but I don't eat here, I take my subs home and it at home, so I'm "unsure" about the atmosphere. Most places I don't like eating in because the music is too worldly. Hence why I like places with a drive thru so I can listen to Christian content / music and not be bothered by what is coming into my mind. I would eat my subs in my car if I drive to Subway but I typically walk to Subway.“

“Couldnt have a better sandwich for lunch or diner.. Store is very clean.. Good rhythm of music sets of the atmosphere.. As far as the workers there didnt seem so happy nor like they enjoy working there.. Maybe thats why the personality was a little ? they are also very young probable first jobs.. Considering they have alot going on with school and work.. Been there!! Maybe managers should make it a little better experience for them!!
