“Had a really good experience at Maple Street Biscuit Company. The food was honestly the highlight everything came out fresh, flavorful, and exactly how you want comfort food to hit. Biscuits were soft and buttery, and the portions were solid. Kenneth helped us out and was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience smooth without being over the top. Definitely a spot I’d come back to.“

“I stayed in the Kinley Hotel and ate at The Exchange after checking out on a Sunday morning. As a local, shame on me for not trying this place sooner. The menu has great options, the coffee is local, the food is delicious and the service was fantastic (shout out to Mo).
They serve brunch 7am to 3pm, seven days a week. I will be back!“

“Now owned (and OPEN!!!) by the same wonderful lady who ran Queen's Eggrolls and Pho! She's feisty and expects quality out of anything she serves! They're also still serving the same wonderful breakfast they have for decades!!!! This has always been a local secret hotspot for those who know but this Queen is only going to ensure the same quality (if not better!) food! Run by and give it a try. You will be so remarkably thankful you did!“

“It was a truly CHATTANOOGA & CHRISTIAN experience!!! I ordered a well done steak. J received a well done steak. I only received two packets of A1 sauce but that was my fault as I should have requested more. They do not sell Dipping Dots!“

“We visited this location on several occasions and our experience with the restaurant and staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Our food is always good hot and tastes great. Our food that we receive is just what we order we have never had to send anything back or ask to get something else cause of how it was prepared. Our server was professional, friendly and courteous .they give us our menus and was happy to have us take our time deciding on what we wanted, they even made suggestions on items for us .I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area who wants a good meal and staff who who give great service .“

“the best biscuit I have had in my entire life! so fresh. and so good. felt like it was melting in my mouth. I had the tenderloin biscuit with tomato and fried egg. and we also purchased a biscuit and gravy and the gravy was to die for. Definitely 10/10“
