VERY RACIST MANAGER! 7/20/25. I was so looking forward to dinning my first time at this restaurant. I was with a party of 6, service was good until the end. The bill was paid, we left a NICE TIP for the server. We exited, the restaurant, stood out front and talked about 10min, then went to our vehicles. As we proceeded to leave, THE MANGER KNOCKED ON THE CAR WINDOW, WE ROLLED IT DOWN AND HE SAID.. THE SERVER SAID YOU GUYS "DID NOT" LEAVE A TIP!!!! A YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME???...read full review
We have been eating at Barbara Jean’s in Ponte Vedra for about 12 years when we visit our son in Jacksonville, but we’re terribly disappointed after our experience tonight. We weren’t acknowledged for 15 minutes & had to ask someone if our table had a waitress before a server came to our table. After receiving our drinks & ordering food, it took 45 minutes to get our food. My food was cold, but we had waited so long with 2 small children, that I just ate it.
