We are originally from Philly born and raised in South Philly so we know what a genuine Philly should taste like. Again the first purchase we made and we weren't disappointed. “It's a very rare occasion that any McDonald's gets 5 Stars across the board. Stopped in during early lunch, approximately 12pm. The drive through was very busy and the dining room,wasn't as bad. Walked into a clean restaurant, was greeted by a female employee with a good attitude and a smile. My food was ready in minutes. My meal was brought out to my table. The same Female still with this great attitude brought my food to me. The food was hot and about as fresh as it could get. Maybe I hit this location on a good day,maybe not. Time will tell as I'll be back and I'll update this review if needed afterwards.

As soon as I walked in, a young man with dreads greeted me with a big smile, asked how my day was going, and genuinely lifted my spirits. He must have seen on my face that I was having a rough day. On top of that, I’d honestly say it was the best sub I’ve ever had though maybe I was just so happy after that interaction that it made it even better. As soon as we entered we was welcomed in, helped with ordering,received fresh food and was thanked for coming to Krystal’s! Our food was very fresh and hot plus only a few workers. The manager at this location on shift yesterday morning Mrs/Ms Tonya (hope I spelled her name right) needs a raise or even a promotion up for going above and beyond for Krystal’s and making sure the location is running properly. “The Firehouse website and Google both say the place on victory drive closes at 930 I came in here at 855 and there are 5 or 6 employees in the store and they all said we're closed , but the front door was open and the lights were on very disappointed. I Had to order from the place next door and as I sat in my car and waited for my order. I noticed they didn't turn the lights off or leave 945. If you're going to close early, then you need to change your hours.“
