“As always, the place was busy but this particular facility had no indoor dining but it was a nice day so it was easy to sit outside except for all the cars coming in and out of the parking lot and sometimes left running next to you while they went to get an order. Food as always was very good“

“Food is good as always but a star was lost when my order was made wrong twice. Please double check your food before you leave!!! I checked my food twice since I had 2 sandwiches that was made wrong and went inside to get it corrected and was still made wrong with one sandwich that was supposed to have onions and tomatoes to STILL not having them and having to go back inside for a side of tomatoes and the 2nd sandwich being without onions amd no mustard but onions was still placed on it and you can see the mustard which they tried to smear into the sandwich. I understand it's busy but SLOW DOWN AND PAY ATTENTION cuz one wrong mistake can cause a lifetime of pain. This is food people do have allergies and also there's no place on the app to write notes to notify of an allergy and that's concerning.

“Had a large order but they did good. Did forget one of my items, but fixed it at pick up window after I noticed it, however that happens at every fast food place on occasion. I had baconator fries, kids got sauced nuggets and everyone seemed pleased. Employees were nice and helpful, esp with mistake.“

“My experience going through the newly renovated Arby's was greatly, expected the same welcome to Arby's can I take your order, but I had a guy who was so up beat and actually made the drive thru experience awesome, to the point a friend of mine I was on the phone with said he was coming down from Swainsboro just to hear the guy talk.“

“It's a very rare occasion that any McDonald's gets 5 Stars across the board. Stopped in during early lunch, approximately 12pm. The drive through was very busy and the dining room,wasn't as bad. Walked into a clean restaurant, was greeted by a female employee with a good attitude and a smile. My food was ready in minutes. My meal was brought out to my table. The same Female still with this great attitude brought my food to me. The food was hot and about as fresh as it could get. Maybe I hit this location on a good day,maybe not. Time will tell as I'll be back and I'll update this review if needed afterwards.

“This morning was chaotic with my son needing to be at school an hour early, and we didn’t even have time for breakfast. After dropping him off, I took my little girls to McDonald’s and Rajamel completely turned our day around.

His positivity was infectious. He brought our food to the table, cleared our trays, helped with the girls, and made it feel like we were being spoiled at a nice restaurant. The food came out quickly, hot, and delicious, our order was correct, and he even checked back to see if we needed anything else.

Because of him, the girls and I have decided to make this our new Thursday morning tradition. Thank you, Rajamel, for making a stressful morning wonderful.“
