Dunkin' Donuts in Suwanee

“This is my favorite Dunkin ever. While the trend of over the past several years had been a general decline in customer service at most Dunkins, the owners and staff at this location are absolutely delightful. I come through for a mobile order 2-3 times a week and my order is always ready and perfectly made. But what sets this apart is the friendliness of the staff and the owners, in particular. It's the only Dunkin I have been to in years where I felt valued as a customer. They always greet me by name and ask how I am when I pull through for my coffee, which often makes a difference in my attitude after sitting in horrendous Atlanta morning rush traffic. It's the small things and the staff at this Dunkin nail it every time. I go 10 minutes out of my way on non-working days to patronize this location instead of the two I have to pass on my way to it because they are models for what good service looks like. I only gave 4 stars for food, because frankly I just think all Dunkin food is meh, But I will say that I have never gotten a burnt bagel, a stale donut, or a half frozen breakfast sandwich at this location, and I cannot say that for any others.

Vegetarian options: It's Dunkin so much of the menu is meatless.

“This Dunkin’ has always been good to me, the manager (at least I’m pretty sure he is the manager, or owner??) is friendly and you can tell it typically reflects in his employees, at least from my experiences there. I go to the drive thru more than inside, but the times I have been inside everyone has been pleasant and the manager is a G! lol!! I will go out of my way to go to this Dunkin instead of the one closer to me just because they are solid 🙌🏼🩷🤍🤎 I didn’t catch her name, but the employee that served me my mobile order in the drive thru this morning was so kind :) xx“
