“Makes we want to start back going to Subway! The produce was fresh, crisp and flavorful. The bread was hot and fresh. They put just the right amount of ingredients and were very accommodating to our large group and dietary restrictions. The manager was extremely friendly and personable. We will definitely return!“

“We came in a little late, we could tell they already cleaned up and we hate to be those customers! But Brittany was very nice to us and helped us with no problem! “This place usually is the way a Subway store should be operated. But, I would not recommend going after 7 o’clock. Even though they’re open until 10 o’clock, they are busy cleaning after 7 o’clock and are not open for customers. The doors are open, but they do not acknowledge anyone at the counter. If you go during the day, this is the best Subway you could go to.“
“I come here all the time and never had a problem. I went there tonight and a customer came back in saying he ordered a sandwich on the app and his order was wrong. He said no onions and he had onions on his sandwich. The worker looked at the app and she said it doesn't say no onions but we will make you another one. You think he would've said ok and move on. Noooooooo he went back to the app and started complaining. I get it sometimes those apps are aggravating but she said she will fix another one. He still complained and she had to tell this man three times she was going to fix it and he went back into the app again. So she was trying to explain what couldve happened amd he told her I KNOW HOW TO READ. That was very rude of him because she was trying her best to help him. Her and the other employees were very understanding ans nice.“

“I stop by this Subway when I want a quick, customizable sandwich. The staff is usually friendly and helpful, making it easy to build exactly what I want. The ingredients feel fresh, and I like that they offer a variety of bread and topping options.
The store is clean and well-kept, which makes eating in or grabbing food to go a good experience. The ordering process moves fairly quickly, even during busy lunch hours.
On the downside, sometimes the sandwich isn’t as warm as I’d like, and a few times my order was a little off, like missing an ingredient. The seating area is a bit small, so it can feel crowded during peak times.
Overall, it’s a decent spot for a fast, made-to-order sandwich if you’re in a hurry.“

“While traveling, we stopped at this Subway to pick up lunch to eat on the road. Somehow, I lost my credit card during the visit. When I realized it, we were in the next state. I called them early the next morning. My call was answered by Kristi (?sp) and she sweetly assured me that they had the card, it had been secured in case they heard from me and they would mail it first thing Monday morning. What a relief---I just received it. Thanks you so much for efficient and kind service. By the way, we ordered the foot-long tuna and it was awesome!!“

“The service is not fast but isn't slow. The food is good. My son enjoyed his sub. I ordered my sub different than the menu and they graciously fixed. Turned out perfect and I enjoyed every bite. There isn't many places in Buchanan but this is a good place to stop.“

“As a broke 20 year old I placed my order through the app because I was getting a deal on it, then when I showed up I got a foot long instead of the 6 inch I ordered, I definitely needed the extra food as I’ve been struggling financially and they let me keep it. The staff are super friendly and the ingredients were fresh and the food was delicious! Love it!“
