“I stopped at the travel center and decided to get a sub while there. There was a young lady working and providing great customer service. She is the only employee I saw there, so she may have been holding it down single-handedly, I regret not getting her name, because she deserves recognition.

She was working to serve a few of us customers. She was working quickly but careful to ask for preferences. She even made sure to tell me to take the drink lid from subway as the travel center lids (where you get your fountain drink) may not fit their cups. She was pleasant and efficient. Very much appreciated the service and delicious, fresh food!“

“Passing through coming from Florida, stop here to use the bathroom & decided to stop by Subway since it’s located within the gas station. So glad I did! Cashier/Food Preparer Savannah was so pleasant & she stood out to me. She had changed her gloves twice while handling my food & took them off at the register. The amount of times I had to say some to other workers in other places, it’s ridiculous, they do not change there gloves. I really appreciate Savannah! She even wished me well and safe travels & she didn’t even know I was traveling. Thanks again!“

“I stop by this Subway when I want a quick, customizable sandwich. The staff is usually friendly and helpful, making it easy to build exactly what I want. The ingredients feel fresh, and I like that they offer a variety of bread and topping options.

The store is clean and well-kept, which makes eating in or grabbing food to go a good experience. The ordering process moves fairly quickly, even during busy lunch hours.

On the downside, sometimes the sandwich isn’t as warm as I’d like, and a few times my order was a little off, like missing an ingredient. The seating area is a bit small, so it can feel crowded during peak times.

“While traveling, we stopped at this Subway to pick up lunch to eat on the road. Somehow, I lost my credit card during the visit. When I realized it, we were in the next state. I called them early the next morning. My call was answered by Kristi (?sp) and she sweetly assured me that they had the card, it had been secured in case they heard from me and they would mail it first thing Monday morning. What a relief---I just received it. Thanks you so much for efficient and kind service. By the way, we ordered the foot-long tuna and it was awesome!!“

“Shout out to the amazing manager this evening! My baby got sick in the store & while I was cleaning him up, my order was ready and it was my time to pay. I ended up just crying because I was so uncomfortable and felt so bad. The manager brought me over a wet washcloth to clean him up with and kept telling me it was okay. When I got him all cleaned up, I went to pay for my sandwich & he paid for it!! He even ran out to the parking lot as I was leaving to make sure I was okay to drive home. What a kind human! “Awesome experience from the ease of making the order to how good everything tasted. Ashley helped get our order together for a work lunch party and even with all our customizations and requests (different subs and toppings on the sides etc) everything was perfect. I don’t know if there was something special but these were the best subs I had in a while. 10/10 service and quality.“

“The service is not fast but isn't slow. The food is good. My son enjoyed his sub. I ordered my sub different than the menu and they graciously fixed. Turned out perfect and I enjoyed every bite. There isn't many places in Buchanan but this is a good place to stop.“
