“As a broke 20 year old I placed my order through the app because I was getting a deal on it, then when I showed up I got a foot long instead of the 6 inch I ordered, I definitely needed the extra food as I’ve been struggling financially and they let me keep it. The staff are super friendly and the ingredients were fresh and the food was delicious! Love it!“

“Tried Jersey Mike's for my very first time! I got the sub in a bowl. Good concept....kids working there, not at ALL ready to make it. No idea how to chop lettuce, where to place food in bowl, etc. Two people working 5 people in line. They need a little more help or training. The bowl was good overall and I would get it again. I think they just need some help and more training for those kids expected to run it. Tables were all filthy and we opted for the least dirty to sit at. Probably should have taken it home with us. Maybe we will try again but not anytime soon.“

“A new stand alone facility (relatively) that is convenient to I-20 and has plenty of parking. I have to admit it was one of the better Subway sandwiches I’ve had in a while. I don’t know if it was just luck of the draw that day or if it’s a better staff than the typical Subway, but it was good.“

“While traveling, we stopped at this Subway to pick up lunch to eat on the road. Somehow, I lost my credit card during the visit. When I realized it, we were in the next state. I called them early the next morning. My call was answered by Kristi (?sp) and she sweetly assured me that they had the card, it had been secured in case they heard from me and they would mail it first thing Monday morning. What a relief---I just received it. Thanks you so much for efficient and kind service. By the way, we ordered the foot-long tuna and it was awesome!!“

“The service is not fast but isn't slow. The food is good. My son enjoyed his sub. I ordered my sub different than the menu and they graciously fixed. Turned out perfect and I enjoyed every bite. There isn't many places in Buchanan but this is a good place to stop.“
