“Oh my! This is by far one of the best places to eat in all of Florida and Georgia. There burgers are so amazing! They have such creative toppings and the portions are very generous. The turbo fries with the spicy jalapeño ranch sauce were outstanding! I had the Davenport with goat cheese and pesto and it is officially my new flavor profile. They even made it with a veggie burger for me. My husband, of course, ordered the 41 hamburger and it was huge and incredibly flavorful. They definitely use real beef. I had to order a coffee and tried one of their holiday flavors of pistachio white mocha and it did not disappoint. The inside of the restaurant is decorated in all types of retro paraphernalia and is so much fun to look around. The staff were so friendly and made great recommendations. I wish we lived here it would be a regular stop in.”

We were taken care of , by Bethany, who had such a nice warm & greeting smile. Our order was correct, service was quick & she was thankful on our visit. She is a ten on stars, not five. Food was good & filling. If we lived in the area, we would go again.”

“This is a small business with OUTSTANDING food. I just passed by for dinner while traveling and their hot and sour soup is very delicious. Surprised how much care went into making it and my lo-mein. Each was to go and when I got to the hotel they looked like someone delicately added touches of fresh veggies.

“What a hidden gem. I'm so glad we found it. First off the salsa was freshly made, it is some of the best I've eaten so far at any Mexican restaurant. I had Al Pastor burrito plate. “This restaurant is a reminder to us all that: 1. Cultural diversity is significant in the U.S, but ESPECIALLY impactful on our sweet hometown. My hometown’s ability to appreciate and celebrate really reminds me of how good Tifton can be 🥺💖 2. Changes and endings can be beneficial and bring forth wonderful new beginnings. When the last restaurant in that building shut down, it left a void on Eighth St. I remember going there to eat with my parents when I was very young, and seeing the shell of what once was, was very sad. I am so happy that El Jarocho has brought new life to that building and to Tifton. I look forward to visiting again when I am in town!”

The selection of baked goods, the great decor, and service has brought me back several times more. I ordered the cinnamon sticks and a coffee and they both were served promptly. So glad we found it - a happy day 1 lunch for us on vacation as we journeyed from Atlanta to Florida. $56 for three inc a beer, a margarita, a soft drink and as much as we could manage food-wise hit the spot perfectly.”

Definitely could be better and the price was fair. Sandwiches do not come cut in half or at least ours didn't. Even when we asked for it to be cut in half it wasn't and we went and asked again and they gave us a plastic butter knife for us to cut it ourselves.”

Never came back to check on us, never came back for drink refills, never even brought us a check before we left. We paid at the table and they automatically added a $14.00 gratuity to our bill. I certain want the cook to get that gratuity not the waitress!!!”

It was seasoned perfectly. As a matter of fact, everything was seasoned to perfection. I also had field peas and mac & cheese. My daughter had baked chicken, broccoli and cheese casserole, and yellow squash. Dessert and drinks are included we got out of there for $21. And it was delicious. I think about how I could make a trip from Deland (Florida)to Tifton in about three hours so I can continue working my way through their menu.”

We stopped at the Longan’s Roadhouse Tifton Ga. and was kind of skeptical at first since several members of our party are on very strict dietary restrictions. Once they sat us down Dawn Marie brought another waitress over who had a special dietary items on it. We were all able to find items off of the “special” menu. In addition Dawn Marie made sure that everything came out like ordered and provided service above and beyond. The other waitress that helped also was very knowledgeable of how items were cooked and the ingredients used. Again they both were outstanding and an asset to making our stop enjoyable. We definitely will be going back to this restaurant in the future. Thank you Dawn Marie.”
