“What a great young lady. Didn't get her name but probably the best customer service I have ever had on the road. Not trying to be a idiot. But she is a young black maybe late teens or early 20s the store owner should be proud to have her on his team. I am a OVR trucker. She acts like she loves her job and takes interest in her customers. Would love to be able to see how her future turns out what a ray of sunshine in this dark dark world.

“Exceptional service! Stopped by for takeout around 6:30 on a Monday night and both young men working were incredibly patient with an elderly customer in front of us who had lots of questions, and then they went on to give us excellent service as well. They both took their time building the sandwiches and obviously took pride in their jobs. We have always had great service at this location, but tonight was even better than normal.“

“While traveling, we stopped at this Subway to pick up lunch to eat on the road. Somehow, I lost my credit card during the visit. When I realized it, we were in the next state. I called them early the next morning. My call was answered by Kristi (?sp) and she sweetly assured me that they had the card, it had been secured in case they heard from me and they would mail it first thing Monday morning. What a relief---I just received it. Thanks you so much for efficient and kind service. By the way, we ordered the foot-long tuna and it was awesome!!“

Just today, ordered my food at 11:52; they were outside of my job with my food by 12:11. 19 minutes!!! $12 for a sandwich, chips, delivery and 20% tip. Tell me what restaurant can do that, I’ll wait.
