“Waco's Subway off exit 9 of I20 at the Love's Gas Station is FABULOUS! Best service I've ever had at any restaurant, the sweet sammy artist with the blue hair was soooo amazing. She made my sandwiches as if she was making it for herself - exactly how I asked, but with care and it was so obvious that she was being genuine too. A GREAT place to stop for lunch, fresh food, clean atmosphere and Love's is wonderful too! Thanks for giving us a nice break from the road craze! See y'all next time!“

“I went to this Subway late at night, close to closing, and expected the staff to be winding down, but instead, they were cheerful, helpful, and welcoming. It truly made me happy and grateful to experience such kindness, along with my usual delicious Subway sub. Thank you for being an example of great service, kind people, and genuine humanity.“

“Attended my church small group meeting - we always bring food to share - I brought the sandwich 12 pack catering box. I choose 6 different sandwiches and got two of each. The Pepe (Ham, Provolone, Lettuce & Tomato) - Big John ( Roast Beef, Lettuce & Tomato)- Turkey Tom (Turkey, Lettuce & Tomato)- Vito (Salami, Capocolla, Provolone, Onion, Lettuce & Tomato, oil & vinegar & oregano-basil) - Country Club (Turkey, Ham, Provolone, lettuce & tomato) - Italian Night Club (Salami, Capocolla, Ham, Provolone, Onion, Lettuce & Tomato, oil & vinegar & oregano-basil). The sandwiches were small, but the price was very reasonable and I thought the portion of cheese and meat on most of the versions was okay - however, the roast beef was just too skimpy. On that one, all you got was bread, lettuce, tomato and a couple very small, thin slices of roast beef - not a choice I would pick again. Overall, it was a hit at our meeting, but I'll choose better on my sandwich selection next time! A couple of other notes - the online ordering process was easy and the young lady that assisted me at the store was very nice and pleasant!“

“While traveling, we stopped at this Subway to pick up lunch to eat on the road. Somehow, I lost my credit card during the visit. When I realized it, we were in the next state. I called them early the next morning. My call was answered by Kristi (?sp) and she sweetly assured me that they had the card, it had been secured in case they heard from me and they would mail it first thing Monday morning. What a relief---I just received it. Thanks you so much for efficient and kind service. By the way, we ordered the foot-long tuna and it was awesome!!“

“A new stand alone facility (relatively) that is convenient to I-20 and has plenty of parking. I have to admit it was one of the better Subway sandwiches I’ve had in a while. I don’t know if it was just luck of the draw that day or if it’s a better staff than the typical Subway, but it was good.“
