“For the last few weeks this winter, on Saturdays around lunchtime I bring my 2.5 year old inside for the indoor playground and lunch however the service inside is reliably so terrible and nobody’s manning the register for sometimes 20 minutes maybe more, that we end up going next door to get chic-fil-a, bring it back to McDonald’s playground and eat it at McDonald’s playground. “I hope this message finds the upper management for this particular location. I was there on Sunday Feb 9th around lunchtime and there was the sweetest lady working. She seemed to be of retirement age. She provided outstanding customer service and went out of her way to make sure not only I but other customers were happy with our food. In between providing top notch service she was cleaning tables and sweeping the floors.
This woman is a tremendous asset to your team. I hope she is appreciated by not only you but other team members. This woman really brightened up my day. She wore glasses and may have been in her early 60’s.“
“Well this is a McDonald's. It is like every other McDonald's. That is what makes their program work. One odd thing about this McDonald's. What year would assume to be the entrance to the drive-thru, is just a parking lot. There is no entrance to the drive-thru from this parking area. For a first-time visitor it's very confusing. Other than that, it's like all the rest.“
“I recently downloaded the app and am new to mobile ordering. After ordering before leaving home it was terrific to walk in and have my big breakfast brought out without having to wait. The eggs were still hot so it was a great experience. The app makes it easy to reorder my favorite. There's no going back to the old way of ordering.“
