“Took forever even with an online order before I arrived. However the order was 100% correct and everything was tasty and fresh. So I don't mind waiting as long as it's all good. The Kaneohe and Mililani locations always get our order wrong sometimes even the wrong meal totally. The person that helped did apologize and say it had been an extremely busy day and they had alot of online orders that piled up. I appreciated he addressed it and it happens. He was very polite so I still have 5 stars overall.“

“The owner works hard & his hulihuli chicken is authentic. Right next to Mānana 7-11 on sunny days. It's whole chicken, too. Juicy & he will chop for you. Some places are only doing quarters. Picked up for the Holloway fight & was done before the fight ended!“

“First time ever trying Jolibee before. I’ve heard great things, and can honestly say I wasn’t disappointed! We tried literally everything on the menu and the order was done in about 10 minutes. Our favorites were the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and the Chicken Tenders with their signature sauce. For this specific location, there isn’t much seating in the actual restaurant. Would recommend ordering it to-go. We would come back!“

“Workers are very nice and accommodating. Although they don't have electricity, they were organized and handled the ordered quickly. Had to pay cash though. The Guy was very nice, forgot his name but he was very good on handling the food.“

“Food is delicious as always. The disappointment was that I couldn’t use their app to get rewards OR to use rewards… I can understand it if it’s just not a thing at this location, BUT they are advertising the Rewards program on their windows… and yet they “don’t have a scanner” to scan the codes…“

“I’ve been on island (Oahu) for 31 years now, I’ve been to all the 4 and 5 star restaurants, this is easily the best customer service experience I’ve had anywhere, ever.! Food was excellent, establishment clean - fantastic and customer service even better. All the staff at this location are fantastic, the cashier and server, Chanel, a complete and total professional and a first class lady!“

“Inside of food hall of H-Mart. We tried the honey garlic wings. They were very good compared with similar eateries in California and here. The chicken was not doused with over abundant of sauce and the chicken remained crispy until the end. The service wasn’t bad, but the young man could be a bit more awake. The eating area was clean and had plenty of seats.“

“Typical Popeye's. Good food, fast service, and friendly workers. Been there a bunch, will be back.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessed by wheelchair. Flat roll from the parking lot, up a shoulder ramp and then into the store.“

“They need better customer service. They're not friendly at all. Thats the ones they should have in the back and away from the window. Especially if they are going through stuff or having a bad day. All and all, we got her to smile, and it's still my favorite to go place to grab grubs.“
