“Never thought we’d find such great Thai food in such a remote place! Easily the best food we had in Hana at a very reasonable price. Located just behind the Hyatt Resort, this spot is a hidden gem. The Stir Fry Mahi Mahi with Cashew was absolutely mouth-watering — perfectly cooked and full of flavor. They also have excellent vegan options, which is a big plus. Highly recommend stopping here if you make it to Hana!“

“A must stop on the Road to Hana. Magical island vibes with a covered patio to escape from the daily rains. The coconut shrimp was pounded flat and loaded with coconut breading. They were so kind to let me use their personal restroom (which is hard to find on the RTH). Be sure to bring cash so you can enjoy this delicious lunch spot.“

“We stopped here around 11am on our way out of Hana, and are so glad we did! We shared a plate of fish and chips and it was delicious! The fish was so fresh and the batter was perfect. There was only one person in the truck so there was a bit of a wait for food to come out, but it was totally worth it. There are big picnic tables in the shade to eat at, which makes a great stop outside of Hana!“

“The best part of our Hana trip. We ordered the fruit sampler and walked through the garden while it was freshly made. This whole place is Very clean (hard to find in southeast Maui) fruit was amazing and most types I had never tried…or would have if not prepared in this way.. My wife and kids (11-14) loved it. “Breakfast at The Restaurant at The Hana Maui Resort is fantastic. The food is delicious, service excellent and setting is amazing. Expect typical resort prices, but well worth the money.

Currently they only serve breakfast because unfortunately there’s not enough customers to support lunch or dinner. However, the Hana Ranch restaurant, also owned by the resort, makes up for that.

If you get a chance to eat here, and don’t mind splurging a little bit, definitely make the effort.“
