I used it twice for takeout (to go) during my stay in Hawaii.All you have to do is select the menu and customization on the Japanese-compatible touch panel machine and take the order sheet to the cash register, so you don't have to worry about conversational stress or mistakes.The highlight is the rice, where you can eat the white rice that we are used to eating in Japan. Food was great and fast! My girlfriend and I found this place when we are starving while wondering around the mall. Forks are not so durable tho. Both mine and my gf's forks snapped in half. I end up using chopsticks to finish my meal.
