“The food was absolutely perfect! We all loved the shakes and the pancakes, waffles, burger, mozzarella sticks and french toast was so delicious. Our server Ruel was awesome. He was very kind and prompt. He was fast and very friendly. We will certainly be back.“

“Yesterday, they were short-staffed and after that the power went our. The staff was doing everything possible to keep the restaurant running and the clients happy. Eventhough we weren't able to have a meal, since we were in line waiting for the power to come back, we can definitely appreciate their efforts. It's certainly hard to keep everyone happy while dealing with things out of their control.“

“This morning, my husband and I visited the IHOP on Ala Moana Blvd. The establishment opened up at 6 AM and there was about 12 people in line waiting. Upon one of the workers named Mike’s arrival, he opened the doors and Immediately seated everyone. Within five minutes, everyone had drinks, and he was preparing to take everyone’s order. He did this with Grace and expeditiously without complaint. Although he appeared to be the only one working, he remained calm under pressure and attentive to everyone’s needs until more staff arrived to assist him. We want to commend him for a job well done.
