“Went there for my wife's birthday with 8 others and was surprised to get a (the only) private room that accommodated us perfectly. I got the vongole and the carbonara. The vongole tasted as though it was pulled freshly from the sea: salty perfection. The carbonara with the Portobello fritto was a little heavy but the flavors of all the ingredients melded together beautifully and created a richness in my mouth like no other pasta dish I've ever had. The service was perfect. Being isolated in the private room, we were given a button we could push to call for the wait help. They responded almost instantly in spite of having a full house. There is a very large wine list that has been obviously critically selected. We had the best bottle of Pinot Gris that I have ever had and for a sensible price. Take your honey there and impress her.“

“My family and I went to Mezzo Restaurant on September 12th, 2025 while celebrating a very special occasion my son proposed to his girlfriend that evening, and we had all flown out from California to share in the moment. The atmosphere was wonderful, warm, and inviting, which made it a perfect spot for such a memorable night.

The service was on the slower side that was a bummer and it took a while for our food to come out, but once it arrived, everything was absolutely delicious. The garlic bread, in particular, was amazing so good that it deserves a spot as an option on the menu so guests can order extra. The restaurant itself was a little tricky to find with signage that wasn’t very clear, but once inside, we were glad we made the effort.

Overall, it was a beautiful evening with outstanding food and a great atmosphere, and despite the slow service, the experience will always stand out as a wonderful part of our celebration.“

“I thought I had made a comment but I don't see it here first I'd like to say the food was fabulous there was no problems with that. I had stopped a busboy and asked him for some more butter for our bread he took a few steps forward first then step back and said well I need a plate you have to take that butter off that plate because we don't have any more plates. I did take the butter off the plate and had it to him he brought it back and he just dropped it on the table it was incredibly rude nobody really said anything until a little bit later in the meal and then it was brought up about how rude he was. This was the night before mother's Day so it was my mother's day because I had to work on mother's Day everything was great except for that experience with that busboy I'm very sad to say that really left a bad taste in our mouth.“

“Don't understand the mixed reviews. This place was really good. Pleasantly surprised to have another solid restaurant in town. The service was top notch and attention paid from the minute we sat down until we left. In fact, the service was better than a lot of fine dining restaurants in town. Now, the food and recommendations: Beet salad 5/5 if you like beet salad this one was one of the best i ever had with macadamia nuts and salt it had a sweet and rich savory taste that was a great starter Crispy Rice 5/5 another great starter. As expected, the rice was crispy and chewy at the same time with the fish giving it a deep but not overpowering flavor profile. Shrimp: 4.5/5 Generous pieces of shrimp and a nice red sauce. Very flavorful and wanted to scoop up more sauce with every bite New York Strip: 4/5 This was the only semi disappointment of the night. Ordered medium rare and because of the cut the end pieces were overcooked and dry. Not that it was bad but this was probably my fault for ordering a steak when there were so many other good options to order. The smashed potato's 5/5 were good but deadly. If you don't want a rich and heavy mashed potato dish don't get this but if you do you cant deny that it is yummy. Overall a really great dining experience and probably one of my favorite new places to go to“

“My chicken fettuccine was good, tasted like it should be.
Expect smaller portions as they kept the prices lower. Just keep asking for more bread.
Service is great and very friendly. This is an old area so don't expect it to be fancy.“

I started with the Togo Lasagna what a TOGO surprise had to go back for more went back had the pepperoni pizza did not take a picture due to the great taste!! I finally went and had there special Foie Gras WOW What a Taste!!! The store we went through was amazing got a Couple take homes!! Definitely a Must Try!“

“IL TAPPO Hawaii was total surprise! Everything we ordered from the caprese salad, bruschetta, with tomato basil and garlic, pesto ala penne with chicken, the lasagna, the pizza with capacola, the wine recommended was amazing. We finished with the perfect size of tiramisu and a shot of amazingly chilled limoncello. This was a perfect meal start to finish. This place is a must go to if you visit here. Literally on the best meals we have ever had!!!“

“I pick up lunch from the Pioneer Plaza location a couple of times a month. It's always the large salad ... Which gives you 3 to 4 choices atop some cut lettuce. I usually select the peas and carrots, curried chicken (even though I don't like raisins), tomato and cucumber and the pasta salad.

There are pasta and sandwiches ... my workmates often order that instead of salad. FYI, the large is a better deal ... You get far more food for just a few more dollars.“

For example, I dropped a fork on the floor and was replaced immediately. Empty plates were cleared from the table.
Meal size was very generous and able to take left overs home.

“The miso salmon entree was tasty and not overly salty. My guest's juicy hamburger sandwich was cooked to perfection and juicy. Our waiter was excellent! Friendly and attentive, he was perfection! Didn't realize the restaurant will soon be closed for renovation. I will return!“

“Walking past, there's a good chance you won't even notice it. There's a row of 3-4 shops in one building. Upon entering, you realize just how small it really is. The lady behind the counter was super friendly and patient, this was the first time for me to visit this place. I honestly couldn't decide, there were so much to choose from. I ended up ordering the Hawaiian calzone and the combination calzone. I was not disappointed at all. They were delicious. I quickly realized however that I should have ordered just 1. They were both quite full. I'll be sure to go back there on my next trip to Hawaii.“

“This was definitely a different Pizza experience... their story is intriguing and hopefully this brand and cuisine comes to the remainder of the states especially Florida... I had their lime drink and it was amazing and their Pizza was delightful. 43 inc highly recommended. In Tampa Florida we have a network called The HUB and it's a place we recommend phenomenal experiences. This would be one.“

“After a morning of shopping at Ala Moana, we ate lunch at Olive Garden and we had excellent service from our server, Kalau. He was friendly and attentive to each of his tables, and very kind to our daughter. Our lunch was a warm, home-cooked meal with their breadsticks and salad. Thank you, Kalau!“

“Was skeptical based on reviews but was quickly put at ease with the manager/owner? He was hilarious and delivered amazing service to our large group. The food was AMAZING!!!!!“

“I have been shopping there for many years and love the selection of vendors that are there. We can almost always find what we are looking for including gifts from local artists and made quite a few friends with some of the vendors. There is something for everyone. Also I recently became a vendor myself.“

“Fairly priced food where other Italian restaurants are at over $30 a plate. Nice staff and we sat right away for dinner. Proportions are mostly fair. They look small on these larger plates. Happy hour is 5 to 7:00 Monday through Friday makes the drinks more reasonable.

The spaghetti sauce is not very creamy and has lots of tomato chunks. The Alfredo and pink sauce are creamy and rich.

They also have deep fried Oreos so that's a bonus.“
