However, the staff quickly assessed the problem which was that I had placed the order for the next day. Rather than turning me away, or asking me to replace the order, the manager quickly and expertly triaged with the Staff, and I received my food within minutes. The manager even credited my online order payment to the meal I received so that I wouldn’t have to go online to cancel and refund the mobile order. Our favorites were the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and the Chicken Tenders with their signature sauce. For this specific location, there isn’t much seating in the actual restaurant. Would recommend ordering it to-go. We would come back!“

“Food is good and easy to find the location with parking but the drive-through is a disaster. If you entire the mall during busy hours. You probably won't even be able to get out of the parking lot even if you got the food because the long line blocked the exit.“

The prices are non tourist prices 😀, very reasonable.

“Used the drive through. The service was quick, friendly and efficient even with a decent line of cars. The only downside to this Chick-fil-A is their minimal space causing the drive thru line to feed into the road. I wouldn't hold that against the staff here. Also, on the plus side if the line stays you can get back on the road fairly easy on the other side.“

I did takeout. Ordered the boneless chicken plate, it was still crispy when I ate it later. Instead of Mac salad, it came with carrots, pickled daikon, ranch dressing over shredded cabbage and rice. I got the soy garlic sauce. I liked that they kept the sauce in a container separate so it doesn't make the chicken soggy.

No issues with service.

Atmosphere is pretty much the shared food hall, not too noise with good number of seats around the floor.“

“Inside of food hall of H-Mart. We tried the honey garlic wings. They were very good compared with similar eateries in California and here. The chicken was not doused with over abundant of sauce and the chicken remained crispy until the end. The service wasn’t bad, but the young man could be a bit more awake. They've got indoor seating area that they share with burgerking. Kind of like a small food court, gets really busy around 12:00pm on the drive thru so I would recommend going inside around that time.
Drive thru starts clearing out around 1:00pm
Very empty on weekends.“
