“We came on a whim and luckily we did. Everything from the bahn mi to the phõ selection was delicious and they have a huge vegetarian selection. I would definitely come back if in the area again. Service was excellent as well and there's lots of parking given it's in the shopping mall area.“

“Almost like a hole-in-the-wall kinda shop, menu is very similar to Da Ichi Ramen but with more variety. Stopped by here for an after work dinner & enjoyed our meal. Parking is EXTREMELY LIMITED and we almost left because of it.

Servers are always friendly & dote on you. Food is really good, I love Ramen & this was closer than driving to Pearl City for Da Ichi. Portions are great! Got the Special Combo with Ramen, adding shrimp katsu and beef fried rice for my side. Was able to sub out the pork fried rice 😏. Oh and they also got chicken wings that are worth it, so yay!

Overall, pretty good place. My katsu shrimp was a bit overcooked and crunchy but the gyoza and chicken katsu confirmed that they're worth it.

Parking: Parking is tight and limited in front of the building. Then again it's Hawaii, parking lots are not the best.“

“Located upstairs of Pearl Ridge Center Mall. We decided to eat here when we saw it while shopping since we haven’t had Yunnan Rice Noodles for many years. This is a more modern version of Yunnan’s stable with a very nice presentation and an easy way to order your options. We both got the bone base soup with fatty beef. The flavoring wasn’t overpowering and it was quite tasty. With 8 or 9 small dishes of ingredients all mixed together with the soup and the rice noodles, it was delightful. We also ordered the deep fried dumplings, which were okay, but not that good and tasted like grilled instead of deep fried. So I would not recommend getting the dumplings. The service was excellent and friendly. If you never have had yin a rice noodles, then you should stop by this place to check it out.

“Smaller neighborhood favorite restaurant. This shopping center is always busy so parking is hard to find you should call ahead for takeout because everything is made fresh and they're always busy. They have two benches that run along the length of the restaurant with tables at seat four at a time if you get takeout, I recommend reheating the soup so it's hot hot and can cook your raw steak. I love to mix hoisin sauce and Sriracha into my broth to enhance the flavors to my liking. The broth alone is very clean and flavorful.

Vegetarian options: Few options: Veggie pho and veggie rolls, plus i think the dessert and drinks are veggie.

Parking: Lots of businesses use this parking lot and there's often cars circling.

Kid-friendliness: There is no kid menu if you order a small there will be definitely leftovers.“

“Aji Ramen is a true gem that every ramen lover must visit! The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

Now, let’s talk about the food! The portions are huge, and the ramen here is simply amazing! Each bowl is a perfect harmony of rich, flavorful broth, impeccably cooked noodles, and fresh toppings. Every slurp was a delightful experience that kept me wanting more.
The fried noodles, too, were outstanding – crispy, savory, and just the right amount of satisfying.

But what truly stole the show for me were the crab and cream cheese puffs. I can confidently say they are the best I've encountered at any restaurant in Hawaii! “More value for money! Awesome food, big savory portions! It’s also a family-friendly place! They recently added toys and a stuff toy vending machine for the little ones. If you are dining in, the ambiance is cozy, they have their own restroom. Tables are big and can accomodate bigger groups if needed. I always order from them either from Uber Eats or in-person at the restaurant for dine-in or take out! Staff is very friendly! I love going to this restaurant. It’s also close to Long’s and Foodland so if you have errands to run, everything is in one location! :)“

Parking can be tough at times depending on the size of your vehicle be aware. Come early to make sure your favorite foods are available. Everything is made fresh and delicious. Be patient. “Decided to explore something new in the area and stumbled upon this excellent establishment. Visited post-lunch hours, so it wasn't overly crowded. A down-to-earth restaurant offering delightful katsu curries and ramen. The food arrived surprisingly quickly. We tried the spam, chicken, and shrimp katsu curries, all delicious, though the crunch was a bit hard. The combo sets are a great choice; we went for Combo A. The fried rice and mini ramen were spot on. If you crave ramen or curry, this spot is a must-try.“

“The location is nice as it is not crowded. The service is nice and fast. Food is great for its price. We got the combo set and servings are huge! You can share the set combo.

The shoyu ramen is okay. The gyoza is nice and they serve a lot per order. The spam curry is okay as well. I recommend the mixed fried rice and the mochiko chicken. They’re perfect!

“Yum! The food here is on point. The broth for the pho is ono and consistent. The wafu steak has an impressive presentation. The atmosphere is a bit rough—definitely not the restaurant for first dates, but maybe a year in lol. Overall, this restaurant is great and worth trying.“
