“We stopped here for coffee on our trip. I had a delicious Americano with a little macnut flavor. We also got the sourdough banana bread and I’m not exaggerating when I say that it might actually be the best banana bread I’ve ever had in my life. Do yourself a favor and order it! 🍌🍞

There is an outdoor seating in a beautiful garden space, but it was a drizzly morning and most people were taking their coffee to go. It seems to be a popular with locals — the few people we chatted with in line live in the area. There was a steady stream of people; I’d call it busy but not crowded and the barista served us all at a steady paced that felt efficient. He acknowledged everyone as they walked up and didn’t seem too bothered when I asked a couple questions about the plants in the seating area. I was careful to only ask two questions since he was busy and I can talk a lot! 😅

Overall the atmosphere felt friendly and relaxed and I wish I’d had an opportunity to come back during my trip.“

“OK - where to begin. So my family and are were on the island for the holidays this year and were traveling to Hā'ena State Park one morning. Stopping by Trilogy for coffee and something quick to eat, we would up having the best Avocado toast we've ever had. Our group of 5 each had it and loved it. Since being home we have tried to recreate it, but it hasn't really worked out for us. On a side note, after we ordered our food in the store, my son noticed a hat for sale. We had a quick turnaround time and couldn't get back in line, so I told him we'd go back later that day to buy it. The day got too busy and by the time we arrived back in the area, the store was closed. I contacted the owner through Instagram a few days later to see if I could buy the hat and he was more than accommodating. I was able to get it and buy some coffee to be sent home to Pennsylvania. Everything arrived quickly and our overall experience with the food, coffee and kindness of the owner all added up to something we won't soon forget. Highly recommend if you are on the island. “Simply the best. The staff is always so friendly. As someone who wakes up at 4am consistently for work and goes here quite frequently for a morning pick me up, anytime I come in to grab an early coffee at 6am, I am greeted with a smile.

The coffee and the food is excellent, the consistency in making the food taste exactly the same each time should not be overlooked. Exceptional.

I appreciate how kind each employee is and how great the food and coffee always tastes.

“We had such a great day here with our kids! Everything was so beautiful. Plenty of things to do with the kids. Loved petting the animals. My kids especially loved petting the pigs. All the food was so delicious. Those Belgian waffles were to die for! So good! The jumping castle was a great touch. And the kids really enjoyed going on the tractor ride. All up, some really great memories. Worth every penny. Highly recommend this place! It’s hard to express just how wonderful this place is. The ambiance was spectacular…you have to be there to understand.“
