“Story is my favourite Cafe on Maui! They have the BEST lattes on island and delish breakfast bagels and smoothie bowls. I'm from Finland and very picky about my coffee so i know what i'm talking about ;) Staff is super friendly and kind. Nice vibe and chill athmosphere overall. Good spot for doing some laptop work too. Good value for your money. Only minus is that they close already at noon and kitchen closes ~10:45am. So make sure you get there early if you want to enjoy some yammy food along with your drinks. Thank you Story staff for making my days extra happy ! <3“

The hot latte that I had for my own level of the espresso was quiet strong with a pretty nice touch decorated on top.
My husband had ice vanilla latte and he said it was really good.

“We have been regulars here for about three years. Love the friendly, laid-back atmosphere, the fantastic lattes and of course the avocado toast - but most of all the music. This place is musician-friendly and audience-friendly and everyone has a great time. Highly recommended.“

“When I tell you it was the best thing we did on Maui- not kidding. It was an amazing experience! We learned so much and loved helping! The coffee shop was delicious! We both got the “bee sting” and it was the best coffee we had on the island while we were there! The honey was absolutely delicious! Everybody was so kind and happy to show us what they were working on and answer questions. The bees were so awesome. BEAUTIFUL views! 20/10 recommend. Even if not leaving from this terminal, it’s air conditioned, shorter wait, better coffee and a seating area where you can look over the West Maui mountains, weep over needing to leave and plan your next trip back.“

“Today is 6/14/23 I went to get my usual drinks and foods, for some reason there must have been a new girl at the window taking orders. I drive up to the speaker and she say's can I take your order? I proceed to give her my order she then stops and say hold on and cuts me off. So, I asked my passenger didn't she say can I take your order? my passenger said yes. So, she comes back on for the second time and says can I take your order? And I start to order my drinks and she again say hold on with a loud voice!!!! and cuts me off again, then the third time need I remind you I was patient till the third time. She again says may I take your order? Again, I start to order she again says hold on cuts me off again. That was it when she came back forth time, I said f---k this I will order at the window and then she says I was helping other customers. I then asked her did you get any of the orders I repeated three times? She said NO! ok gave her my order. Pull up to the window supervisor asked what happen? Before I could explain he said I don't appreciate you treating my employees that way. I then said ho hold up me I am treating your employees wrong. Check yourself and ask me what happened first? I have a witness in the car who heard everything. I asked to speak to the manager and supervisor said his in a meeting. I told the supervisor I will wait. he kept saying his unavailable. Supervisor then goes and calls the manager who was very professional and took the time to listen. Manager was awesome I told him when you have a customer who comes here every morning eight years and never had a problem in all those years? whose word should you take not your employee your customers.“

The food here is so so tasty and handmade with love and organic fresh ingredients and flavors! The people that work here put so much love to the food and it shows! “This Starbucks store ticked all the boxes.
1) Excellent and quick customer service. I ordered in store and my order was delivered with no delays.
2) Restroom was neat and clean.
3) Plenty of parking available. Easy access to this store on Hwy 30.
4) Store was clean with ample seating options.
5) Barista/Cashier was friendly and answered my questions with patience.
6) Drive Through is available (but I did not use it)

“I honestly believe this is the best Starbucks on the island. They’re so quick and efficient, and every time I come in, no matter if it’s day or night, they never fail to greet me with a smile. I always feel welcomed and they even got my order down after just a few visits. The store is clean and spacious. Good music, good vibes. Never once had a bad experience here.“

“The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. I’m not sure what I was expecting but as for my first experience to this location. I’d have to say it was like one of those escape rooms. Excited to try something new just lost in the process. Only because I knew where it was supposedly located based off of google maps. If you go like you’re heading to foodland & drive to the front entrance. Take a right, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is at the end. We were about to park in front when I saw they had a drive through. We almost turned left skipping the ordering part & going straight to pickup window. So instead you have to turn right to loop back into the parking lot to order. Plus it seemed like the speaker had a bad connection since it was difficult to order. Asking for a frozen, blended matcha was heard as an iced matcha. Once we confirmed the frozen blended part she asked if I wanted whipped cream. I said yes & that was the end of the order so we pulled up to the window to pay. I was kind of bummed when I saw the drink. It was in a plain cup with no logo or whipped cream. However the drink itself was delicious. To me it kind of tasted more like a blended vanilla ice cream shake with matcha powder mixed in to give it that delicious flavor I love so much.My next visit will be in store so I can check out the atmosphere & see if there’s anything else I want to try. The food here is incredible - truly one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. The dough was perfect, the flavor was rich, and everything tasted fresh and made with love.

The staff made our experience even better.
Javier was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. He explained everything to us, helped us choose, and made us feel like special guests.
And the chef who prepared our pizza (I wish I caught his name!) deserves a huge compliment - he made the most delicious pizza I’ve had on the island.

We even received a little gift from the staff, which was such a sweet and unexpected touch.

Highly recommend this place -amazing food, amazing people.

“Lately, I’ve been visiting Starbucks frequently to unwind from the stress of studying. It’s a relaxing place, and even though I don’t spend a long time there, it feels like a special gift I give myself.

Last week, after a stressful day at work, I stopped in to focus on my tasks. I’m very sensitive to caffeine, especially in the late evening, so I usually avoid coffee. However, I made a mistake and wanted to try a new menu item, which led to a mix-up with my order. When my drink came out, I was a bit flustered.

The staff member noticed my reaction and kindly asked, “How can I help you?” I apologized for the mix-up and explained that I thought I had ordered a Green Tea fappuccino. Without hesitation, she said she'd make a new one for me!

It’s not about the money spent, but the quality of service was truly touching. Her small act of consideration uplifted my mood. While it’s the same Starbucks chain, this kind of excellent service enhances the brand's value. I believe that if you can receive such pleasant service for the same price, it makes the experience even better!“

“Needed a morning pick me up, so we headed to the nearest Krispy Kreme! From the moment we stepped into the store we could smell the amazingly delicious doughs being made. We were given a free hot off the presses doughnut which my son and i both devoured. The staff was very polite, inviting and professional. We made our selection snd had a feast right there inside. 1000/10 highly recommend! Enjoy!“
