“Hi Pie Bakery is an absolute neighborhood gem. Their chicken pot pie is the best I’ve ever had — perfectly seasoned, flaky crust, total comfort food. The salad is super fresh, and the poi banana bread is so good. And don’t skip the Manic Monkey Coffee… it hits the spot, too. Love this place!“

“I ordered a cake for my mom’s birthday today and it was amazing! It looked better than the inspo pics I shared and tasted just as amazing. Great to work with and extremely communicative. Will be ordering again when I come back! Highly recommend!“

“🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Discovered Mele Mele Bakery by happy accident during one of their open mic nights—and it’s been a sweet love affair ever since (pun very much intended). This place is a charming mash-up of cozy, quirky, and cool. It’s got that laid-back local vibe that makes you feel instantly at home, whether you're here for the kava, the heavenly baked goods (seriously, their pastries should be illegal), or just to soak in some tunes. They’re not a vegan bakery, but they don’t leave plant-based folks out in the cold—there’s always a small, solid selection of vegan goodies that actually taste good (you know what I mean). Bonus points: they serve locally produced honey, they’re totally dog-friendly, and you’ll likely spot a few kids dancing along to the music while their parents sip kava like it’s their new favorite ritual (because it might be). I had an unforgettable evening here recently when my son performed at their Friday open mic. Watching him play to such a warm, supportive crowd while the smell of fresh bread filled the air…well, let’s just say this place has officially baked itself into my heart. If you're looking for good vibes, better bites, and a community feel that doesn’t feel forced—Mele Mele is your spot.“

“This was my first time visiting this place. We came on a sunday midday but I had seen lots of posts about it so I was excited. The displays were pretty empty which was disappointing. I got a slice of cake, a chocolate bun and two drinks. I wanted to try the strawberry milk tea with boba but they weren't able to do a dairy free option since its pre-made in a box. Everything tasted delicious otherwise. Hopefully they will have more options the next time we go.“

“Their Cinnabons never miss! and the staff is so friendly , the cashier “ jaycelynn”? Was very helpful and patient with my indecisiveness even tho it was a tad busy. I’m used to getting bad service at other locations so I definitely recommend this one.“

“Small hole in the wall restaurant that serves up the largest plates on the Waianae Coast. Each plate can be shared between 2-3 people or kept for 1 very hungry person. Good flavor. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant is small making it hard to get a seat inside, especially during the lunch hour or on weekends. Parking outside of the restaurant is limited to 5 cars. However, parking is also available across the street at Pokai Bay beach park.“
