“We had the pleasure of dining at the Chef’s table last night. Everything, and I mean everything, was superb! The service was incredibly attentive, with no fewer than 8 staff members checking on us during the evening. In a most wonderful way. Our lead server John was completely knowledgeable of all the details and the wines and was super accommodating. The chefs Miguel and Ian were two of the 4 chefs who kept an eye on everything, and they were such a pleasure! It was clear that everyone we interacted with was completely committed to making our night extra special. They succeeded spectacularly. And the meal! The pace was handled perfectly and the dishes were wonderful, beautiful and memorable. Finally, the restaurant is beautiful and the views of the palms and ocean are gorgeous. We have been to Ka’ana Kitchen a few times in recent years, but never before at the Chef’s table. When we return, we be at that table once again. To all involved last night, thank you so much! “Some of the best bread bites/pizza rolls I've ever had! The pizza was fantastic as well. We were in for vacation for a wedding and decided to take some pizza back to the condo one day. We ordered ahead. Parking was limited, but we luckily found a spot. It was busy, but the staff was friendly and our order was ready. I would definitely go again when we come back! “A wonderful culinary experience. The entire menu is based on a fusion of Hawaiian culture. The pork belly bao buns, lavender honey crispy shrimp are out of this world. They do not fall short on great tasting entrees either. The seafood lau lau is absolutely delicious. Dinner wouldn’t be complete without exceptional drinks and dessert, which you can count on Kō serving.

“Stopped here based on so many solid reviews and it didn’t disappoint. The service was very fast and friendly. The portions were very large. Reasonably priced. And the Kalua pork was delicious! It’s a very small place in the corner of a strip mall kind of hard to see but well worth locating!

We started our day with their delicious açaí bowls and bagels for breakfast, and everything was fresh and flavorful. Later in the afternoon, we came back to try their famous shave ice, and it did not disappoint!

The shave ice was incredible we tried HAWAIIAN RAINBOW, COCONUT MUD PIE, FIRECRACKER, and KIHEI SUNSET with vibrant flavors and fun toppings, definitely worth taking the time to try.

“Decided to splurge a little and treat myself and family to a nice breakfast in wailea. As locals we have our usual spots but decided to give this place a try since there was a kamaaina special. We weren’t disappointed. I had my fill of smoked salmon, ahi poke, bacon, and eggs benny (all buffet so that was a plus). Kiddos had everything and the wife really enjoyed the atmosphere. Not stuffy, great staff (Venus was our server) and the kamaaina was a plus. Coming back again.“

I ordered level 10 Green Curry w Tofu and did have to assure them that I was looking for Thai heat; runny nose & watering eyes and that I’m not just some dumb white guy with too much bravado. This was one of the spiciest dishes I’ve had on Maui and yet the flavor of the curry was very present and super enjoyable! Still, I’m going to see if they’ll push to 11 or 12 level on my next order. Their Thai Iced Tea is really good too.“

“Starting with Jason at the front reception area of the restaurant he set the tone with such a warm and welcoming attitude, and seated us at the best table in the house (we were super early lol so that helped too) but his genuine warmth is such an asset to this restaurant- he is a keeper! Karen our server also a keeper so attentive and kind and anticipated out every need. Norma our busser topped it all with her friendliness and great service. Such great staff!
