“I cannot speak more highly of this place, I wish we discovered it earlier in our trip! The young lady at the front was so incredibly sweet and welcoming, and the FOOD omg, just so so fresh and flavorful.

We were in the area, but it’s 100% worth the drive from Waikiki. We’ve been in Oahu for over a week now and STILL can’t manage to find a place to beat this poke.“

“Holy Moly! First off, the service is exceptional. Was a very warm welcome and quick service.

The Ahi melts in your mouth like a soft pillow of pink meat. It was LOADED with imitation crab. I split this bowl with my wife and both our bellies were left voluptuous. No joke this poke bowl might have cured my PTSD from bad raw fish. I miss this place already and I’m actually still eating right now.

“We were in Hawaii for 8 days and ate at Poke Fix three times. The food is great, the people are friendly and they get you in and out quickly. I would recommend them to anyone.“

“There is seating and you can bring about four or five people per table. There’s also seating outside. It’s a really cool area of dying with family, friends or coworkers and also there is parking lots of parking right behind. It is literally connected within the storage building. literally it is located across McKinley high school’s football field. It is such a jam. They have really good fish there. The ambience is calm. It’s pretty quiet and next-door they have other high-end restaurants. This is a really good area to be in if you want to hang out with people visiting and or just bonding.“

“Amazing little hole in the wall poke shop. I got the yuzu shiso ahi poke bowl and it was sooo delicious. The rice to fish ratio was also perfect.

The place isn’t super obvious to find, but the location on Google Maps is accurate. The seating is very limited, so you’ll likely want to/need to take it to go.

“I went here after climbing diamondhead, the only reason it’s not five stars is simply because of seating and location , the portions were well sized so you don’t overeat, and the miso was so good even on a hot day. the tuna was fresh and the servers were sweet !“

“The best to ring in the new year, ran into a bit of a snafu trying to pick up my order, (no fault of theirs), she went above and beyond and still got my order! I love them and what they represent. “I wasn’t expecting to like this place as much as I did. I saw the prices and balked…charging the same price per pound for poke as Fresh Catch, Off the Hook, etc. However…unlike those other places, the poke here actually tastes really good. They have creative flavors like truffle ponzu salmon. Their garlic tare shoyu ahi comes with garlic chips sprinkled on top which is so tasty and addicting. And their spicy ahi poke is actually spicy! Incredible. Plus, they’re constantly making new batches of poke so you know that your fish hasn’t been cooking in the marinade for that long. It’s crazy to me that places like Off the Hook have half-hour long lines while there are no lines at places like this…I guess it’s one of the better kept poke secrets on the island. I’m a Foodland poke fanboy myself…but I’ll definitely come back here.“

“The poke is good. Somewhat expensive but portions are generous. Aimed towards Asian/pac islander diet so a healthy portion of rice. Mainlanders might find it too much. Sushi is fresh. Got it a few times. Surimi(imitation crab meat) is good. The scallops are good. It's a full meal in a bowl. Small bowl is not much less than the regular bowl in size and price but you get to choose 3 proteins in the regular bowl. Good and consistent quality. Might have to fight for outdoor seating as it gets packed.“

“I love this place 💕 I fell in love with the torched salmon / creme brulee salmon and i have recommended this place to everyone I know for five years.

I'm not even a seafood/poke fan but this is the only place I like for its freshness, flavor variety, and most of all; torched mayo.

I will bring my visiting Hawaii guests here EVERY TIME! Add in calamansi lemonade for a delicious combo.

Make this your top three poke places to eat at. Every Hawaii visitor has loved this place.

But I do admit the portions run smaller than a typical plate lunch so come when you want a lighter lunch or mildly filling 💕“

I’m from Oahu and haven’t had a favorite poke spot besides places I’ve been on Big Island or Foodland, but this place is an easy favorite. “Came for happy hour and loved it. $8 glasses of wine, $12 lychee sake spritz, $10 mai tais and some of the best marinated cukes and crab artichoke dip I can ever remember having. Like so good.

We both had poke bowls and they were good but certainly not the best poke bowls we have had on our stay. A few ordered ingredients were missing but they were still good.

Came back for breakfast because I really really wanted to try their Brutalist Bloody Mary as I’m recovering from a cold. We each got one, as well as 2 eggs your way. My husband got spam, I got kailua pork. Both were incredible. So so so good. The brutalist Bloody Mary is one of the wildest and spiciest cocktails I’ve had. 3 garnishes each was like a little amuse bouch for our meal! And man were they ever spicy.

Finally I had the cafe du monde Vietnamese coffee to get my cafe du monde fix and it was also amazing

We are both gluten free and they were incredibly accommodating with our allergies and making sure everything we had was safe for us. Service was top tier friendly and 10/10. We will probably be back tomorrow too 🙈“

“I really enjoyed the Farmer's Market omelet which was filled with lots of delicious veggies. The pickled cherry tomatoes served on the side were unique and flavorful. My friend loved his kalua pork hash and we both thought the Social Hour coffees were outstanding. We had a really friendly server. All the staff was nice!“

“I had no clue what to order when I walked in. All I know is someone recommended I go and try them. I asked the guy behind the counter to pick a Hawaiian dish for me and I waited. The wait felt like seconds and here he comes bringing me my food. Way more food than one person could eat but I gave it my all. The Ohana Special was an amazing explosion of flavors that hit just right. Nothing over powering just the perfect amount. Its a must have.“

They also encouraged us to sample so many different poke so my husband could decide on the poke he wanted. It was tough to choose with all the incredible options

The sweet old lady at the front counter truly touched my heart. So hospitable, thoughtful, happy and generous. The staff overall were also a major highlight. I would highly, highly recommend this place to anyone trying poke or just interested in the a fresh seafood experience“

“Never fails. You think the place is closed, you open the door and theres about 8 people standing room only, waiting for their orders. The girls work fast at slicing your fresh sashimi for salads, bowls and bentos. Frying salmon or ahi belly and hamachi Kama. And don’t forget about the laulau with kalua pig and lomi salmon plate. The unagi avocado bowl was excellent—glazed eel with a nice char, perfectly ripe avocado slices, sesame seeds, and a generous pile of green onion over seasoned rice, plus a solid hit of wasabi. The rolls delivered too: the spicy tuna-style pieces with green onion and tobiko had bright, clean flavors, and the salmon roll topped with crispy bits and sauce had great texture contrast. The fried bites (served with lemon and dipping sauce) were crispy and satisfying as a side.
Service was smooth, the dining area feels open and comfortable with nice lighting and ocean-themed details, and the overall experience was relaxed and enjoyable. “Found this small restaurant as I walked around the area. Prices have increased from the menu I saw posted on here. Most are three dollars higher. There is a small seating area and I suppose you can eat there but this seems more like an order and go type of place. Food is decent. I found the portions to be spot on. I couldn’t finish my bento box and I took a bite of the poke bowl my wife ordered. Both were good. Fresh stuff. I’d recommend for sure.“

“Aloha Bowls and Tea is a food stand style restaurant located in the Hilton Hawaiian Village complex. The poke bowls are pretty good and they also have boba tea and other drinks. The place is a bit pricey but convenient if you are staying at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Hotel.“
