“I was visiting Honolulu from Wisconsin, and this food truck ended up being one of the best surprises of the whole trip. I’ll be honest the walk to it looks a little sketchy at first since you head down this small alley, but don’t let that fool you. Once you get back there, it’s a whole different story. The customer service was awesome super friendly, super welcoming. And the food? Straight-up 10/10. The loaded barbecue fries were insane, packed with flavor and totally worth every bite. The burgers were just as amazing, juicy and cooked perfectly. Everything we tried was out of this world. If you’re in Honolulu, don’t sleep on this place. I’d come back in a heartbeat.“

“Impressed by Pan's Kitchen yesterday! I ordered the fresh grilled ahi, and let me tell you, it was incredible. With the first bite you could tell just how fresh it was - perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. Just a heads up, there might be small hard time understanding sometimes due to the owner's accent. But be patient, communication works out, and the food is absolutely worth it. Parking can be tricky - it's one of those places we only go to when we see a spot open. We got lucky yesterday with an empty space, but two trucks swooped in as soon as we pulled in! Despite the potential parking hassle, Pan's Kitchen is a hidden gem. Highly recommend it for the incredible ahi (and hopefully a parking spot)!“

“The food tasted amazing and the service was really fast. Portion sizes are good and it's a all vegan menu. We got the Pho and the Bahn Mi and both were flavouful and delicious. Parking is not easy to find on the street, but there is a paid parking lot nearby. They also have a variety of beverages including sugarcane juice and coconut water“

“Greeted and seated right away without reservations. The staff from beginning to end were very friendly and helpful.
They have choices of booths and counter style seats. We sat in a booth. We found out they had a lunch special so that's what we ordered. Hamachi Teishoku set, hamachi jalapeño ponzu, Castella Tamago and Tempura Teishoku.
The food was good quality and delicious! They have stamp cards too so don't forget to stamp it before you leave!“

“The most amazing hidden gem. If you’re craving some southern food on Oahu, especially a good brunch, this is it! My favorite is the bacon egg n cheese biscuit with a side of gravy and a side of grits. Get there early if you want grits, they run out! Been here twice already and can’t wait to go back!“

“We wanted Asian food for breakfast and googled this place. It’s hard to find because it’s tucked in a square. However it was worth it. The food is made fresh and replaced often due to the foot traffic. It taste amazing and the price is right. It’s not super pricey and it taste so good. It’s grab and go and there’s tables outside. “Fabulous meal and service to match. With equally fabulous sunset bay views. This restaurant is a cut above starting with the superb training of the staff dining at Roy's was a 5 star experience. My meal was delightfully flavorful and unique. I started with Roy's excellent Hawaiian martini, then the brussel sprouts which were packet with flavor. I gave the New Zealand Tai Snapper with pasta a try and it was delicious the whole fish teeth and eyes included presentation was so fun. The snapper was a delicate white fish which tasted delightful with the crispy outer layer. The pasta and seemly contrasting rice wine type sauce was surprisingly delicious with the fish its acidic flavor highlighted the fish so well. Then came desert wow that pineapple upside down cake was amazing. Thanks for the extraordinary dinner. Thank you Matt for your expert service as well.“
