“Always wanted to try this place and it didn't disappoint. Beautiful dining experience seeing the sunset and enjoying the unique cuisine. We had the seafood tower and tried the tasting menu. Drinks were also great. The service was wonderful and one of the best parts of our experience. Thank you CanoeHouse!“

“Hawaiian style cafe offers a wide selection of options for you. Pancakes are always so large and a plate come with 3 pancakes with butter. So be mindful of the size before ordering. Hash brown portion is a a little big as well. Although the pricing is so reasonable, there is always a chance that you'll waste food. The wait time can be a little long depending on the hours. Service is quite quick. Would definitely love the food and staff. This place only accepts cash. They do have an ATM onsite.
Parking: The place is so famous. Hence it might be a little difficult to find parking. But overall there are planty of parking space around the cafe.“

“Great kalua pork, way better than on the main land! Higher quality than the l&l in Hanalei too, my favorite Hawaiian barbecue grill. The pork was tender and had great flavor as well in addition. The lady that took our order was very nice and serviced us quickly and with the swiftness. Can’t wait to come back!“

“Great experience. Very nice owner and Simple place but the food was delicious. I ordered the ahi tuna and sushi bowl with sushi rice and added their chilli water on top. It was very fresh and no “fishy” taste. Wish I could eat that every day!“

“Came here for a special birthday celebration and couldn't have been more pleased. from the start our server, Chelsie was excellent. Very pleasant and personable. I had the Swordfish special that n night and it was excellent. The others in our group were also very pleased. Ambiance was perfect, as we were seated outside near the water with a great sunset. Highly recommend the Browns Beach House.“

“They serve breakfast as well as the everyday faire of food. I had the French toast for my early breakfast one day and the chili spaghetti on a separate night visit. The Chili needs a little more flavor because it is fairly bland with no heat at all. Just some salt would help.
Parking: Shared lot with other businesses .“

“This restaurant obviously has it all going for itself with the location, on top of that the food and drinks are incredible but what makes it incredible is the service. Cristalle (sorry if I spelled this wrong) went ABOVE and beyond to make our dining experience incredible. She was so funny and engaging and made every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions for an amazing dining experience. Hopefully she remembers this quote but she was truly the “McGogger of the day”! She is an asset to the hotel and truly defines what hospitality means.“

“We celebrated our 29th Anniversary last night and the food and service was excellent. The hostess gave us a special Happy Anniversary card signed by the staff....an unexpected and memorable surprise. Everyone, especially our waiter was attentive and very accommodating. “This was an unexpected find! The person working was very knowledgeable about their vegan options and they are clearly marked. We tried 2 dishes. The first was the mung bean pancake with daikon, shoyu potatoes and pipinola shoots. This was fantastic, the daikon paired really well with the pancake. We also tried the jap chae noodles with vegetables. There were okay, a little too oily for my personal preference. I would skip this next time.“

“I brought Chef Allen Hess my freshly caught fish. He expertly prepared it into culinary art! The atmosphere and service is top notch, as well as the flavors and presentation. Do yourself a favor and order a few oyster shooters as well. 🤤“

My servers were all great, but my favorite person was Ginger who was the hostess. She has the best personality and is quite funny! Thank you for the great experience!“

“Great service, but kitchen was meh. I ordered a NY steak and kitchen brought out a ribeye. Didn't bother to tell me they don't have NY. I had to point out that food delivered was not what I ordered. Other than that, service and ambiance were great.“
