“The woman at the window was so kind and patient, she had a great drink recommendation after the drink I was looking for was no longer on the menu. I tend to have issues at other coffee shops nearby with bad customer service but not here, everytime I come to scooters the baristas are so kind and helpful, and they’re always smiling and laughing with each other, makes me feel like they enjoy their jobs and have a great relationship with their coworkers.“

“Had a very helpful and patient young gentleman who helped me pick some delicious 😋 chocolates for my wife and child. They also had some tasty looking Gelato that I will have to go back and try next time!
Super helpful about explanation of types and fillings and was able to suggest good options based on preferences and limitations. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Only downside is it's a little tricky to find. I bet it losses traffic being across from the burger and Chinese joints across the way.“

“I’ve been coming here for about a year and I’ve had a positive experience every single time. Every staff member that I have encountered has been super friendly. Sometimes the only time I leave, my house is to come here and seeing all of my favorite people always makes me really happy. Ella, Julia, Katie and Emily are my girls and they always make me smile even on my worst days. They know my order by heart and always get it ready in a timely manner. I’ll be a customer here forever :)“
