Unfortunately, I don't go to The East Village very often, so find the actual store location rather inconvenient. But now you can order the teas online for shipping! Great idea whoever came up with that - probably due to the pandemic.“

“New paved parking lot directly across 28th street as of summer 2025. C&S will validate parking when changes to paid lot in future, so don’t let lack of parking deter you anymore. Lattes are on par with the best coffee shops in town. Mechanics and shop owner are top notch. I was a Rassy’s refugee and found my new home here.“

“I'm extremely picky about boba so it can be hard to find boba places that I like, and I thought I had found my favorite boba place... and then I tried Zenko and now other boba will never beat it lol. I'm a very routine-order person so I've only ever tried the black sugar milk tea with boba here, but I lowkey just never bothered trying any of their other drinks simply because this one is so good. Most of my friends who do like several of their drinks also tend to gravitate towards the black sugar milk tea as well, though, so I feel validated in always ordering the same drink over and over :) It's also so cozy and fun inside all the shops--I've been to three of the locations and they all have the same relaxing vibe, lots of plants and soft music.“

“I just moved here from Texas and this place was at the top of my list of new places to eat. The food is good, iced oreo coffee was delicious and the mini blueberry muffins were great. The staff was very nice and my food hot, I will definitely be going back cause now I need to try all of their drinks😊“

Nice selection of kava, coffee, smoothies, Gelato, lunch, and more. The Gelato flights they were bringing out look fantastic.

I had the mushroom cacao coffee with lions mane mushrooms. You have your choice of 5 different species of mushroom, and the menu explains the benefits. Anyway- delicious.

My sister had a coffee. LOL! She said it was good. Total for both drinks $13 before tip.

Loved all the plants and the fireplace area.

The gal taking orders wasn't having a great day I don't think. But that won't stop me from going again.

“I often grab a quick drink on my way to work in the afternoons --around 2:30ish in the drive thru -- and whoever usually works that shift is phenomenal. The barista is very courteous and professional, but not overtly friendly in a way that seems forced. I get my order with no surprises and with the expected quality. Even when I try something new or slightly modified from the menu, I'm never made to seem like a burden (which happens a lot in customer service these days). And really, it's the service that makes this location shine. Just great, reliable people running the show and delivering on-point Starbucks.“

“Went there with some of my grandchildren. They just love to go inside and talk to the employee and order their own drinks. This day one of my grandchildren spilt her dragon fruit drink and the nice gentleman made her a new one at no charge. The smile on her face was so amazing. Great customer service.“

“these wonderful kids are always quick on their feet and great at conversation, coming here makes my day and they always make the coffee super quick. I've been tricked by those fake AI drinks so many times but they were super polite and respectful when pointing out to me how there are certain things they can and cant do, and how they could accommodate me to get as close as they could to my drink. I don't recommend using the facebook pages for the drinks! the 7brew has a lot of secret menu flavors and a bunch of syrups! good variety! I didn't have to wait more than 2 minutes and got on my way, the conversation lasted the entire time and I didn't even notice! great job!“

The tomato and feta omelet bites are insanely delicious- and are a good portion size in my opinion.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian option for the omelette bites. Assortment of rolls, muffins, cookies, bagels, donuts, etc.“

“We have always had great service at this location nothing beats grabbing a coffee and doing some shopping at Target :-) The other day I was in need of my caffeine fix bad so I ordered the largest size cold brew coffee I could get But I grabbed it on my way out... Got to the car set my drink on my dashboard and when I shut the car door my entire drink fell on My lap and on the floor of my car :-( I went back in to get another coffee and the barista working, Nya, (so sorry I should have asked how to spell your name) was so sweet after I told her why I was back in so quickly, covered in coffee, she replaced my coffee for me free of charge. Starbucks coffee is a guilty pleasure of mine and one of the things I do to treat myself every so often. We know the coffee isn't cheap but dang is it worth it. Her act of kindness really went a long way for me that day. And she was nothing but sweet, quick and efficient when I was ordering the first time.The only thing that I do not like about Starbucks being inside of another business, is that they cannot accept tips, at least at Target...that needs to change. I love to tip for great service and we all know they aren't making neat what they deserve.“
