“Customer service is great. A mistake was made on my drink (added lemonade to a drink that I asked for no lemonade). I didn't know until I got to work. I called in because i couldnt drink it and wasnt aire what the policy was for a refund or soemthing, and they offered to fix it. I came back the next morning (just now) and they were completely friendly and remade the drink.“

“I go through the drive thru every morning for my 2$ breakfast sandwich. I am always greeted friendly and quickly. They do make little mistake here and there, but if you let them know next time when you go through, they always wanna make it right.
Be patient. Be understanding. The people behind the counter are humans, not robots.“

“It's a super cute coffee shop, tucked in the middle of the block. The vibe inside was light, airy, and welcoming. I love that they are all about being eco friendly! Instead of paper cups, you get your coffee in cute glass jars. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the best part was the amazing coffee and pastries. My breakfast latte was delicious. The cinnamon crown had bits of apple pieces and was so gooey and delicious. This is a great place to stop.“

“Stopped by at the DSM Farmer’s Market - tons of coffee competition but Northern Vessels iced oat milk latte did not disappoint! I normally drink my coffee over the period of 3+ hours but I had this bad boy finished in 30 minutes! It was smooth, creamy and wonderful! Will definitely be visiting again!“

“New paved parking lot directly across 28th street as of summer 2025. C&S will validate parking when changes to paid lot in future, so don’t let lack of parking deter you anymore. Lattes are on par with the best coffee shops in town. Mechanics and shop owner are top notch. I was a Rassy’s refugee and found my new home here.“

The one in Altoona is always spot on and the baristas are the kindest and very welcoming. Jet fuel and violet voltage are my faves, but you really can’t go wrong with any of them.“

“I have a new favorite coffee shop. I've been wanting to stop here ever since they built the place a few years ago. The stars aligned today, so I went. The location is kind of strange. It's safe enough, I'm just not sure if it's in the best location for coffee afficionados. But it's still here after all this time, so what do I know? The building is beautiful and the indoor decor is lovely. It has a sort of rustic forest cabin feel to it complete with a stone fireplace. There are plenty of places for privacy or communal sipping, whichever you prefer. It was a cool morning so I had a hot chocolate, which was not to sweet and very drinkable. I inhaled mine. I ordered the grilled sausage, egg, and cheese burrito. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they use chorizo sausage. It wasn't too hot, but added just the right kick. I also ordered a chocolate muffin which was about the size of a softball. I ate it later in the day and it was still extremely moist and flavorful. You should go here.“

The pumpkin white mocha is good in moderation, it didn’t mention spice in the app so wasn’t expecting the spice flavor.“

“I stopped at Caribou (drive thru) to get a coffee and a glazed donut. The coffee was delicious as usual, but the glazed donut was ice cold--like they just took it out for the freezer/fridge. I can't eat a cold donut, so I had to wait until I got home an hour later to warm it up.“

“I had a medium roast coffee with cream and vanilla syrup. It was perfect!! A great tasting cup of coffee. The staff was so friendly. Will definitely be back.“

“I am not much of a tea drinker, but this place is great when I want tea. The prepared chai tea is amazing. I recommend the fruit fantasia as a good herbal option and gateway to get into drinking tea. The fruit fantasia is beautiful as far as tea goes. Also, the customer service is usually great.“

“The inside is beautiful, with plants and how the tables are arranged. They even have a little area where board games were located.
I got the gelato three scoops regular strawberry and green tea. The strawberry was a bit sour but the... ????? ???!!!? was soooooo smooth(that I forgot Im lactose intolerant) having both helped balance it out. 10/10 recommend ?“

“Easily one of my favorite spots for coffee and tea. They always have a new coffee of the day in rotation that’s my go-to. The store is always clean and the baristas are always friendly. The roast of their beans is unmatched with a rich flavor that is to die for. They have the largest list of flavors I’ve seen in a coffee store making an endless list of options. I’ve recently become a fan of their cookie butter latte feature biscoff cookie syrup and crumbles on top. They have both indoor and outdoor seating which offers options depending on the weather. I enjoy meeting friends and family here for a coffee and quick bite to eat.

“I freaking love caribou coffee !!! I Love Caribou coffee on Ingersoll, Mills Crossing, Oralabor Rd and just all things caribou. I love the trivia questions in the app. It’s so much fun! “My husband and I come here nearly every Sunday to get a coffee, a breakfast item, and pastry each.
The place is very cozy, and it's easy to sit for a couple hours just chatting or reading. Service is speedy, and all the baristas have been very kind.

The breakfast sandwiches are pretty good, decently sized for the price, and the pastries are too. I enjoy the Mint Condition mocha which you can get all year round and reminds me of Christmas (although they do also have some Christmas themed drinks right now, also delicious!)

“We have been several times in the law few weeks and it’s been perfect every time. Veggie frittata is a must try, best I’ve had! My iced coffees have all be the perfect balance. Not too sweet. Scones and muffins are also so good. Grabbed a blackberry lavender scone for my daughter in law and she said it was very good. Great atmosphere also!“

We went at the end of the day so they were out of two different ice cream flavors. We took our kids and they thought it was neat. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly as in there is lots to look at. If they struggle with touching everything, maybe not ?. The bar stools next to the ice cream freezer are high, so more for 6+ year olds without supervision.“
