“I’ve lived in Norwalk for over 10 years, and I was genuinely excited when Starbucks opened in town. We’ve had nothing but great experiences here—friendly staff, clean store, and our orders are always spot on.

Recently, I placed a mobile order that was delayed, and I was in a bit of a rush to get to a doctor’s appointment. I let the manager know as I was leaving, and the team jumped into action. Shout out to Marcus (I believe that was his name)—he made sure my order was prioritized and got me out the door quickly. On top of that, they even offered a gift card to make up for the inconvenience, which was totally unexpected and appreciated.

Mistakes happen—it’s how a team responds that matters, and they handled it perfectly. I’ll continue to be a regular here. Nothing but 5 stars from me!“

“I go through the drive thru every morning for my 2$ breakfast sandwich. I am always greeted friendly and quickly. They do make little mistake here and there, but if you let them know next time when you go through, they always wanna make it right.
Be patient. Be understanding. The people behind the counter are humans, not robots.“

“New paved parking lot directly across 28th street as of summer 2025. C&S will validate parking when changes to paid lot in future, so don’t let lack of parking deter you anymore. “Gong Fu is still to this day one of my favorite tea shops. Years and many states later, and I still can not find a tea shop that matches their atmosphere, customer service, or tea quality. They will mail directly if you're unable to get to the shop, and each order comes with a handwritten thank you from the owner. If you're able to visit, the staff are exceedingly knowledgeable and more than happy to help you figure out even your own likes and dislikes. They welcomed me to the world of tea almost 10 years ago and it's truly changed my life. So thank you Gong Fu!“

“I stopped at Caribou (drive thru) to get a coffee and a glazed donut. The coffee was delicious as usual, but the glazed donut was ice cold--like they just took it out for the freezer/fridge. I can't eat a cold donut, so I had to wait until I got home an hour later to warm it up.“

“We have been several times in the law few weeks and it’s been perfect every time. Veggie frittata is a must try, best I’ve had! My iced coffees have all be the perfect balance. Not too sweet. Scones and muffins are also so good. Grabbed a blackberry lavender scone for my daughter in law and she said it was very good. Great atmosphere also!“

“This Starbucks is definitely #1 in the DSM/WDM metro. Emma is EMMAzing. Alyssa is a fantastic manager. Margo is MAR-GOATED. Lydia is really awesome. Grace is GRACEFUL in her work. Brooklyn (Brookie) is awesome sauce. I've come to the night crew twice, but those two nailed it as well.

Nice selection of kava, coffee, smoothies, Gelato, lunch, and more. The Gelato flights they were bringing out look fantastic.

I had the mushroom cacao coffee with lions mane mushrooms. You have your choice of 5 different species of mushroom, and the menu explains the benefits. Anyway- delicious.

My sister had a coffee. LOL! She said it was good. Total for both drinks $13 before tip.

Loved all the plants and the fireplace area.

The gal taking orders wasn't having a great day I don't think. But that won't stop me from going again.

“I often grab a quick drink on my way to work in the afternoons --around 2:30ish in the drive thru -- and whoever usually works that shift is phenomenal. The barista is very courteous and professional, but not overtly friendly in a way that seems forced. I get my order with no surprises and with the expected quality. Even when I try something new or slightly modified from the menu, I'm never made to seem like a burden (which happens a lot in customer service these days). And really, it's the service that makes this location shine. Just great, reliable people running the show and delivering on-point Starbucks.“
