“The Carne was cooked to perfection, as stated on the menu. It was hands down the best thin steak I’ve ever had.
Cooked to a medium. Moist/Juicy. And tender. I notified the waitress of my experience.
Would recommend. Corn tortillas were also great with it, but the carne alone was amazing.“

“The carne tacos were delicious. The chili sauce was perfect especially the Diablo sauce. And I love that they were not stingy about handing out the chili sauce. The picnic tables were clean. I'm looking forward to returning my next trip to El Chavo.“

“So I think I've had my fair share of fish tacos in town. Some great, some not so much. The fish tacos here were cooked fresh, not deep fried, and we're arguably the best fish tacos I've had here in Boise. The flavor is so rich and the fish is cooked to perfection. The tortilla was warm and perfect. I can't say enough good things about it. I have been here a handful of times and been pleased with the food but I was compelled to write this review today. I highly recommend you come in and try the fish tacos. I just can't see someone being disappointed. Nice job Tortilla Factory. These fish tacos compete with the best high end tacos from the far more expensive restaurants and win in my book!“

“The new and improved Calle 75 is refreshing and exciting. The music, drink, food, and original hand painted art have a thoughtful and purposeful touch. The place gives you the sense that the people behind it want to do what they do not only WELL but exceptionally well.“

“Super amazing! Burritos the size of my head, so I recommend cutting it in half first. They are always so consistent and flavourful with ingredient ratios that are so pleasing to the taste buds. Service is always fast and employees are always very kind. The restaurant is clean and well kept. Please come if you can, it will be worth it!
Vegetarian options: Plenty of dishes without meat, such as the bean and cheese burrito and the cheese quesadilla, both which I recommend.“

“In a small stripmall with tight parking spaces off Ustick. I was told their street tacos were among the best in Boise. Yeah, yeah, I've heard that so many times and been disappointed.
Spoiler alert! The Ustick location has amazingly non-skimpy delicious street tacos. I think they're $2.50 as of this review which is a bit more than I like to spend, but at least they're not charging $1 specials and giving you basically nothing or they're not charging $2 and giving you average meat and excessive lettuce. FC's street tacos are so meaty and juicy that I can order 1/3 fewer and be just as full and more satisfied.
Switching gears, and this will be brief: FC's birria may be in the top 3 of Boise offerings. $4, lots of meat, not tiny or overly grease (just greasy enough).
If I can find a better parking spot where the vape store customers don't ding my car then Fiesta Chicken on Ustick will be a regular stop on my errands around town.“

“my favorite taco truck. I've eaten at tons of taco trucks from the oakland/ bay area to southern Arizona this is the best. he makes all of the salsa from scratch too!“

“They used to be really good. We liked their Pico de Gallo but now has pungent green bell peppers instead of cilantro. The chicken is hard, dried out, in tacos and burritos. Hope they go back to what they were. We won't go back until they do.“

“California Mexican Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I tried this Boise fast food Mexican restaurant today for the first time. I got the #18 combo, which is 2 Chile Rellenos, Rice & Beans with tortillas for a little less than $10. I went through the drive-through. The service was fast. I was impressed with the weight of the bag. I was even more impressed when I got back to my office and opened up the box. The food looked fantastic! I liked that the Chile Rellenos came with sour cream and a guacamole-like topping. They were made with nice sized poblano chilies. The flavor was good, and they were full of oozing cheese. If I was to rate these based on appearance and flavor, alone, I would rate them 4/5. However, the seeds were not removed from the poblano chilies before cooking them. Every single recipe I’ve seen for Chile Rellenos instructs you to remove the seeds. You don’t realize why that’s important until you get one with seeds. Eating a bunch of hard plant matter along with one’s Chile Relleno is not a pleasant experience. I’m not sure if this was a one off, or if this is how they normally prepare Chile Rellenos at California Mexican Food. The refried beans looked good, but they tasted sour. The rice was OK. I like that the meal comes with your choice of corn or flour tortillas. I chose flour. The tortillas seemed thick and homemade.“

“It’s been a while since I’ve had taco time so today, on my way back home I thought, what the heck I’ll try this again because it’s been a few years. Anyhow, I bought two chicken burrito platters, and while the burrito were pretty decent with the help from the hot sauce, condiment packets, I felt that I paid $30 for what was basically just a bunch of lettuce and tomato, for the rest of the platter was bigger than the actual platter itself Would I go back? Because it’s close to my house, and I was in a pinch, then yes I would. I just wouldn’t get the platters anymore cents, and my opinion the value isn’t there anymore because like I said, for the most part it just feels like you’re paying for a bunch of lettuce and tomato, but, if you’re really in the mood for Mexican food, there are lots of other Mexican restaurants I recommend in the valley that give you more bang for your buck“

“Love my 2 sweet pork enchiladas with mild sauce, double rice, lettuce, sour cream and guac.? Don't remember the last time I ordered something else. Freshness and quality of food never fails at this place. Service is always great as well. Cleanliness around the tables does need some improvement however.“

“Fiesta Guadalajara has got to be my favorite Mexican restaurant in town. The food is always fresh and tasty. They use quality ingredients in their dishes and don't over power them with too much spices. A problem that happens a lot at other Mexican restaurants. They do have spicy options as well. I'm a regular and the service is always great. Kind people grwat food what else could you ask for?“

“The food and overall atmosphere was great for Sunday brunch, but apparently they employ a DJ to play music on Sundays during brunch which is so loud, it was extremely difficult to carry on a conversation let alone enjoy your meal. My ears are still ringing. My friend and I weren’t the only people in the restaurant requesting the volume to be decreased. Brunch should be a relaxing atmosphere, not feeling like you are at a night club….“
