“I had a great feeling on walking into Rice as we walked past and admired the lovely flowers hanging in front of the outdoor patio. Inside, the ambiance is comfortable, and our servers were patient, flexible, and helpful with drink options and recommendations. The Thai iced tea was just what my partner needed. The fish tacos are a must, and amongst the best I've eaten. Our teen polished off the Pad See Ewe with steamed tofu. We went to town with the sushi menu: mixed poke salad, unagi and sake nigiri, a boat of many different sashimi, and the Surprise Roll. All solid!!
So much so, that we came back the next evening for dinner! And this time we tried the Double Deck, Crab Stuffed Salmon, Beef Short Ribs (pretty blue rice!), Massaman Short Ribs, and more Pad See Ew. Just as incredible as the previous day's lunch. Excited to try more of the menu next time!“

“One of favorite places too dine. Sorry no pics. Never think of it until too late. I had the Pho with short ribs. First time ordering. I usually try something different each time. The short rib melted in your mouth. It is a fusion Asian establishment so aside from sounding contradictory, it isn’t what I would consider authentic Pho. If you don’t smell like pho for a day or two, than I consider it American friendly. 🤓. It was still delicious and fresh ingredients. My wife has her staple Kao Sao (so?). Very tasty. The fresh rolls were also extremely fresh. Toffey (sp?) our hostess was awesome. She spent time with us discussing the menu and the chefs talents which we know first hand. Emily, our waitress was attentive and prompt and provided excellent service. We have never had a bad meal or service here.“

“I was craving curry really bad, and I saw these guys had some other good options. I got the pineapple fried rice, yellow curry, paratha with green curry, panang curry sauce and the mango sticky rice to share with my family and everyone loved and everything was gone so fast! 10/10 will be ordering from here again.“

“If I could give them 500 stars, I would! We went around to different Mongolian restaurants trying to find a really good one, and this one wins! For YEARS we keep going here and are never disappointed. We moved away for 5 years and the biggest thing we missed was this restaurant. When we moved back it was the first place we went for dinner. The employees are so sweet and friendly. 100% recommend.“

“I love this Cupbop so much!!! I’ve been coming here for months now and it’s rare I’m ever disappointed with my meal. I always get a Koko Bop with a level 5 sauce plus the white sauce and it is perfection. Plus the workers are usually very nice and have good service!“

“After being turned away at a different location and arriving here 15 minutes to closing, they welcomed us and got our order done quickly and accurately. I wish I had gotten the girls name that took our order because she was very professional and kind. We had never eaten here and wanted to go quickly for them, so we wouldn’t make them late to close and she remained patient with us. She and the cook did a great job and the food tasted great. Thank you“

“We decided to try Happy Teriyaki last night, and I’m so glad we did! From the first bite, everything was absolutely delicious. The food was fresh, full of flavor, and the portions were huge. It’s hard to find a place where everyone in the family leaves happy, but this was definitely one of those spots.
The staff was incredibly friendly, and the whole experience made us feel welcomed and appreciated. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of the food they serve. We’ll definitely be back, and I can’t wait to try more from the menu. If you’ve been thinking about giving them a try, do it—you won’t be disappointed!“

“I go to the one @ Linder & Chinden. Today I added an egg roll to my order and OMG it was the best one I've ever had. The teriyaki bowls are great; generous amount of meat and always tasty. Rarely much of a wait and everyone very nice. Highly recommend.“

“Colby was such a help! He gave excellent recommendations and explained the menu wonderfully!! He is such a dedicated cupbop employee!!! However, I noticed that the other two people on shift were just standing on their phones… not very professional☹ I originally went to one of them for help ordering but Colby came to help me instead! Very customer oriented young man😄“

“Staff was friendly. The food portions are a healthy size. We ordered to go towards the end of the night. My order took a little longer since there was quite a few to go orders. I was offered a free drink to keep me happy because the wait time was so long. Overall, my experience was good.“

“Ate at the Rice Work July 9th. Ordered the teriyaki, veggies with rice. The rice was way over cooked and the veggies consisted of all broccoli and was under cooked. Chicken was so so. Would rate this meal just above garbage.“

“ZAO never disappoints! My wife and I showed up a few minutes before closing and they were so kind and accommodating even though they were starting to pack up for the night. Allison especially was so nice and helpful! Food and service were 20/10!! Will be returning many more times!“

“I grab a chicken bowl from here every day. There were a couple of people waiting today and being impatient. It was only 7 minutes or so on a busy night. The kind gal upfront 'Nicole' was super sweet and respectful in letting everyone know the timing of their order and that other orders were already being processed. The food is yummy and affordable. They definitely get busy here and the food is cooked correctly. Some reviews talk about the veggies being plain but I personally like them steamed plain without seasoning, as I add their delicious custom sauce to it. I will be back every 48 to 72 hours I am sure...“

“I had the teriyaki short ribs and pork with side of macaroni salad and white rice. The whole dish was phenomenal the short ribs and pork was seasoned/brined verry well and the macaroni is the best I have had in the valley.“

“This review is for the Garden City location!! I have loved this place for a long time. But unfortunately tonight my Katsu was burnt to a crisp, fried rice was as dry as the Sahara. My kids plate was the same order and not any better. My partner's orange chicken was rubbery, like it had been out for a long time. Her Katsu was burnt as well. We have eaten there so many times but the last 2 times it's been absolutely terrible as well and I feel like it was a waste of money. We made macaroni and cheese because we had to throw it out. Next time, we will have to go to the Meridian location and see if our luck is better, but it's going to be a while before we do.“
