“For a great mixed drink, ask for Beth. Friendly and took time to chat with us. From out of town it's always nice trip add places to out lost to come back to return we visit Chicago.And you could tell her attitude was genuine and not just to get a tip. When staff is friendly it just makes a place seen more welcoming. The drink was delicious and OMG she knew EVERY single one of her flavored vodkas off the top of her head! They've got a lot. That's love right there 😆 Reminds me of our local bar at home. Betty you're the best. We'll never call you Liz! 😉“

“Food was good but the service was wonderful. Sarafina who helped us was awesome, we had a number of kids with us who have GF allergies and she was so accommodating. We ordered multiple meals at different times based on when some kids came and gone back to the mall but Sarafina did not skip a beat, she was on it the whole time. Keep in mind they were very busy as it was a Saturday evening but didn't affect our service at all. Please thank her again for us, great great service all around!“

“First the food was actually really great. The Korean ribeye was what I’ve been missing being a California native that’s used to eating Polynesian and Asian food. Pizza, Spinach dip, and the Martinis was not the best but good fruit mixes. Despite a few mix ups my sisters and I enjoyed the place. BIG ovation to the manager on duty Monday evening that listened and addressed the issue promptly. The staff are very professional and I’m looking forward to another visit soon. Great job guys!!!“

“I love Standard Market's Seeded Rye Bread! It is one of the best rye breads to be found anywhere in the west suburbs. Unfortunately the last two loaves I bought are so very , very salty? I do bake bread myself (not as good as Standard Market's) I am aware of the role of salt, sugar etc. and their proportions, so why this extremely salty version ?“

“Last night's dining experience was was one of the nicest evenings we've had in quite awhile. The restaurant took exceptional attention to my gluten sensitivity. Each course was perfectly prepared and presented at the table. Our server was delightful taking the time to explain each course to us & answering any questions we may have. I thoroughly enjoyed the wine pairing with my meal, while my husband opted for the Antiguan Uno Malbec. It was a lovely Malbec. Although Waterleaf was a bit of a distance, we are hoping to secure reservations in November to celebrate my husbands birthday. Overall, I can't recall having a nicer Birthday dinner. Thank you!“

“We ate at Phase Three today at the recommendation of my doctor. And it did NOT disappoint. We even got a complimentary meal from the Executive Chef so he didn’t waste the plate after taking pictures of his new special. To say the food was amazing is an understatement. There were so many flavors and they all blended so dang well. They even had some unique beer option that we brought home. If your down in the Chicago area or willing to make the trip, it’s definitely worth it“

“We get this for takeout a lot, but you have to try the Fire Chicken Sandwich. It's one of my absolute favorites! The combination of pickled onions and jalapeños, topped with a sweet and spicy mango habanero sauce, is just incredible. “We went early to avoid any evening crowds. The room was quiet for conversation. Our server was extremely attentive and answered all the questions. The menu was extensive and we found exactly what everyone wanted. It was prepared quickly and arrived hot. The flavors and proportions were perfect. The Bento Box meal was superior for the kids. The California rolls and 2 sides were plenty of food and delicious. Definitely a new favorite place.“

“We recently got married at The Elm this past weekend (10/13/2024) and can't express in words how satisfied we were with their service. Starting from the first day that we went to see The Elm we were treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. We had our ceremony in the Kensington room, and our reception in the Madison room. The atmosphere and vibe of both rooms was everything that we could hope for. The staff was incredible, the food/drinks were AMAZING, and our guests had nothing but positive feedback. “Been here several times over the last 5 years and have never been disappointed by the service or the food. Started with the AZ eggrolls, crab cake, and seared tuna appetizers which had so many great flavors. We then moved to Balsamic Ribeye, jambalaya, salmon, snd roast chicken crepes. Everything was spiced and cooked to perfection. The bread pudding, raspberry cheesecake, and pumpkin cheesecake were incredible as well. Finished off with cappuccino, tea, double espresso, and latte.“

“I’ve been coming to this bar/restaurant for years and never had a bad experience. I hosted my birthday party this past weekend and our server Deanna was the absolute best! She was attentive, efficient, and friendly. She accommodated a party of 15 and made it look easy. We never had to look for her because she was constantly making her rounds and checking on us. I couldn’t be happier with our experience and it made my birthday one to remember. We will definitely be back!“

“First timer, walked into restaurant with a wonderful greeting. The shrimp ane calamari appetizers were amazing. Did not enjoy my Entrée especially the Mac and cheese. It was too soupy. Asked for another one and the same type of soupy consistency was delivered. Dessert was meant to have a good presentation but toppled over before arriving at the table but was still served to me.
