“Food is still good. As a toddler I remember Dick Portillos Dog House in the Big R parking lot that he had an unemployed carpenter build in his back.yard. Went to elementary school.with his Villa Park neighbor kids Later in life bought hot dog and fries from a classmate who's mom managed the first bick & morter store. Portillos uses Door Dash / Uber Eats for delivery. All the drivers should use Google directions. Today there really is no excuse for not delivering to the correct address. In a timely manner no excuse for being lost .?

“First time there. Definitely not my last. Had the Chicago Dog and fries. And an Italian Beef with sweet. Both 5 STARS!! Next time I'm ordering the "Bada Bing". The menu is huge. So little time.“

“First time customers. Had the southwest chicken sandwich it was great! While we were there they started singo. We decided to stay and play and had a lot of fun! Everyone was very nice and the bartender was very attentive! Prices were very reasonable and comparable to other places. I saw other reviews about the pricing being outrageous and I didn't think they were any higher priced than any other bar and grill. There are plenty others that are higher priced and for smaller portions. Perhaps those people don't frequent the grocery store! Also noticed that there were small games there to play which is nice for people that have kids while they are waiting for their food! Would definitely go back again!“

Got the cheesy beef with peppers. Loved the melted cheese but the spiciness robbed from the flavor of the Sammy. I would get the same order next time, but pass on the peppers.

“Good location. My first time here. The food was hot and fresh. The service was quick and efficient. Ilthe atmosphere was cool and calm. Very enjoyable. The staff was friendly and the food tasted great. We will patronize this location again if in the area.

Parking: They have a large lot to accommodate many vehicles.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp and easily accessible doors and tables.“

“ordered 2 chicago style hot dogs, Italian beef combo w/ mozzarella cheese and Giardiniera, jalapeño poppers and onion rings. $33.00 ☹️ the combo had barely any beef or Giardiniera on it. the onion rings were a big clump of a soggy greasy mess. the poppers were soggy too. They were not edible, threw them away. I don't know what happened, they used to be really good.“

“Is everything you want in a Chicago beef shack. The restaurant is clean and inviting with plenty of parking in the strip mall. I've had their beef before with catering and it's excellent, but this visit was the Chicago dog. It was perfect. Double dogs for a dollar. It's one of the better hot dogs in the area. The bun held up the entire time, even with two dogs and all the toppings. And it might sound silly, but the place has really good napkins. They are thick and stand up to the food that doesn't fall apart. Just saying. Don't miss Tuesdays with one dollar hot dogs. Definitely recommend. Also the fries and the combo are legit way better than portillos“
