“I’m not from this area, I actually live in NW Indiana but sometimes come out this way for work. This is by far the best DD I’ve been too, besides the location in Munster, IN. No matter how busy they are, the line always moves fast, my drinks are always made well, my food is always done fresh (I get the avocado toast) and the toast is crispy but not burnt. Anywhere else the avocado toast is usually soggy or cold. But not at this location. The employees are always so friendly and nice. Never had an issue ever. All I know is that the DD locations in NW Indiana need to take some lessons from the management/staff at the Alsip location because they’re doing something right. Wish I could get this type of service at the other locations. Good job! ?“

“We have passed this place a few times while shopping and finally decided to stop by! What a great decision that was! Korean corn dogs were super crunchy and cheesy! The mochi donuts were light, fluffy and flavorful. The Thai milk tea and pineapple tea were so refreshing and delightful! The owner/operator was very kind and quick, we will be back again!“

“Let me tell yall about Krema! I have had nothing but good experiences here; from the food, to the service and to the coffee! It's hard to find a good coffee shop that has good coffee AND good lattes! Especially in the south suburbs. Plus the food is great too! Fresh bread, quality veggies, good cheeses. Everything is great here“

“Unprofessional employees, very rude staff. The employee was very insulting after half way through the order the lady said "to pull around"(not asking if we would like anything else) we let her know we were not done ordering. A man claiming to be the manager after taking payment yelled at my mother "to never treat his employees that way again that she was rude". Very confused by this insult we then asked if he was the manager and he said "do you want to speak to the manager" walked away came back and said "Hi, I'm the manager" the most unprofessional interaction I've seen, we then asked his name to which he replied "none of your business" (we hear his name is Roger).. Customer service at it's finest. 🤦🏼♀️“

“Told the guy at the drive thru on 11/22 7:20pm I like creamy and milky drinks and to make it however he thinks is good and it was delicious thank you great employees very friendly. “I love this place . The staff and Management are always kind and helpful. I know with the incident that happened this pass week was an isolated incident and it will not stop me from going there . The person who did that was dealt with immediately you can not blame the whole staff for that one sick person .“

“I love this place. It is the only place I want to get Dunkin Donuts. Everywhere else is just pretending to serve coffee. Customer service is excellent. For the most part they don't have you pulling around to bring your order- because that's nonsense. For as long as they keep serving coffee and moving as fast as they do, I will be waiting in line!“

“I’m giving this dunkin a 3 in food/service because I ordered a bagel on my way to work. I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese on it and the lady in the drive through confirmed. I take out my bagel while I drive and the cream cheese isn’t on it and it’s not veggie, they gave me plain. So you want me to spread my own cream cheese, cool. Now what about a knife to spread it? No knife in the bag. You can’t even call to express your frustration because their number doesn’t work.“
