The wings were crispy and juicy albeit a little on the sweeter side for a mango habanero. Over all loved the food and will be coming back for more!

“I grew up on Super dawg and had to visit on my Chicagoland visit. I was staying closer to the Wheeling location in the Northwest suburbs. They have a true Chicago dog, with neon green relish, sport peppers and poopy seed bun. It was a treat to also find a pickled green tomato.

On the downside, hot dogs seemed smaller and definitely less crinkle fries, in. A smaller box. Perhaps next time I will order just the hot dog and a side of fries as a better value and more fries. They have more food options available for those that aren't into hot dogs. A nostalgic place to visit.

“Grabbed a bop bowel for dinner here and it’s hands down one of the best I’ve had. I had a great serving of veggies, chicken, and sauce. You have to grab the fresh kimchi with your meal because it’s spicy good. My son had a bowel with beef and from the very first taste he said this place is so good…give them a review.“

Parking: In Walmart facility there is plenty of parking. But most of the time the parking lot is packed the restaurant is in Walmart.

Kid-friendliness: They have boneless wing which is basically the same as chicken nuggets. It also has claw machines for a dollar and plenty of quality prizes.“

“Today was the first time I have ever Ben in a Portillo’s Restaurant, first time I have ever had an Italian beef sandwich. I have a Lotta friends in Fort Myers who go all the way to Tampa to get this sandwich and they continue to tell me how good it is. So this evening we decided to go to Portillo since I was visiting on my grandkids and my daughter and son-in-law, I really enjoyed that Italian beef sandwich. There are a lot of other good things on the menu, but that was what I was there for. Unfortunately, they do not have a Portillo’s Station FortnMyer Florida. Take a really good look at the photos that I’ve posted. you see that end of that hotdog you see how it’s twisted you see how it overhangs the bun well those are all great signs. Have a wonderful delicious hotdog. Also, I would like to point out the toppings sauerkraut ,sport peppers. These are the two things that we really should have on every single Chicago style hotdog and the only ketchup you see insight is on them fries and let me say ,them fries were crispy delicious warm in the center just the way you expected crinkle cut fries to be. they have mastered the art of the Chicago style hotdog and the crinkle cut fry.

Parking: It’s certain times of a day it might be a little difficult to get a prime spot so you might have to walk about 25 to 50 feet to the door but man is that walk worth it and you’re gonna need it once you leave because the food is so damn good!

The food itself was really good, I got the chipotle glaze it had a tangy, mild kick to it which I loved. When I moved over to the dining room it looked really clean and stocked in items. I certainly recommend for you guys to try the house made drinks!“

“Probably the best location in the chain I've ever gone to, and I've probably gone to 50 of them around the country. The staff here are always well dressed, polite, smart and they h-u-s-t-l-e. Everything just runs well and reeks of well-organized trained people. As a result, there are no long crazy lines here, even on busy weekends. I can think of some specific locations in Georgia and Colorado that could learn a lesson or two from this owner/operator.“

I’ve had 2 issues which I wasn’t going to mention the first one but after today I decided to write about it so maybe Managment can see and tweak things a bit. First issue a while ago (I think about 5-7 months ago) I ordered a plain cheeseburger with fries and bottled water. Drive away from the drive-through and as I get ready to eat my food 10 min later I realize they didn’t put cheese on it. So I drove back and said I asked for a plain cheeseburger and you guys forgot to put the cheese on. Girl says ok and gets me a new one. Drive away and I park in front of the store to just take a peak and guess what. Again no cheese. Burgers have no cheese. Cheeseburgers have cheese. A plain cheeseburger gets nothing else except for cheese. A plain burger is just a bun and the burger patty. I just wanted to eat so I moved on and ate my plain burger. Today I ordered a Buffalo ranch chicken salad but I asked if I can have the chicken grilled instead of the breaded one and they gave me chicken without Buffalo sauce. If they weren’t sure they could have asked but this wasn’t for me. And this was not their first time ordering this item but they’ve never had an issue so somehow this message was confusing either to the kitchen or how it was rung in. This was ordered at 5:04:50 PM on 2/10/2022 receipt DT98. Order Id: AAANPKMJAQAH at the 861 E. Rand Rd. My. Prospect location. We didn’t have the energy to drive back and get the right chicken. Again, we love your food but these things shouldn’t keep happening. Thank you“

The manager-looking-guy was working so hard to make sure everything was running smoothly. He cared not just about their food but also the bathroom and everything. Getting in and out of the restaurant can be tricky and there is limited parking behind the restaurant.“
