“We ordered the chicken parmesan pizza with only half giardiniera. Holy cow. A wonderful and unique pizza experience. The waitress was very accommodating and friendly. Some of the crust was amazingly thin, leaving more room for more flavor to come through. I only docked a star because I personally don't like gambling machines. We will definitely be returning here“

This is the very best Jet’s location I have ever tried, and I’ve had many. Ingredients are the same at all locations, but the way they prepare it is done to perfection! Perfect crust crunchiness, cheese and sauce portion and freshness are excellent. Fabulous pizza!

“We sort of fell upon Joanie's when we went to the Strawberry Festival in Long Grove and it was the star attraction for all of us!!! My husband and I had the most delicious salad that we completely devoured in record time along with that mouthwatering cheesy pizza that we ordered along with it!!! My Mom and Aunt ordered the chicken and Mom commented...."Now that's the way chicken is supposed to be made!!!" They were served a large tray with 4 LARGE pieces of chicken, potatoes, and long buns!!! They took half of it home and had it for dinner tonight!!! But the piece de resistance was the hot homemade strawberry rhubarb pie with vanilla ice cream that seriously 4 of us shared!!!! Wow!!! What a treat!!! Oh... and....Our meals were served Hot....not cold....HOT...out of the oven.....again, the way a meal should be served! HOT!!! ha ha ha...The ambience was fun and the view of the water from our vantage point was just breathtaking!!! Our server Derrick was such a nice young man! He was professional, made certain that we were ok, and went back and forth many times for those extra things that we needed for our meal!!! I'm certain that it was very hectic for all of the servers during the fest, but they handled the crowds so well!!! Again, we were just thrilled to have stumbled on Joanie's!!! It's worth going back for seconds, thirds, fourths....etc....ha ha ha“

They had so many different kinds of pizza and our large group got to try each of them. “Love Barnabys...There thin crust pizza snappy crunch of the crust is perfect when dining in like any pizza way better dining there in person than having it get soggy /cooler transport home etc. Plus they serve Green River soda pop at the bar, a real treat in Chicago. Went out the norm for me and ordered half pepperoni and half cheese..I am a pizza snob and i actually think this is one of the best thin crust for the north suburb Chicagoland area 100% recommend!“

“We were in town for a convention and staying at a hotel. We decided to order a pizza our last night there. We chose Joe's at random, and we were not disappointed. Our order was delivered promptly by a very nice, and courteous person. The pizza we ordered was delicious. We loved everything about it -the thin crust, delicious sauce (not too much), and generous amount of cheese. I especially liked that the toppings were under the cheese, and there were herbs!! “Goirdano’s left our area and I stumbled on to NPC. I ordered and was surprised they deliver to Skokie. I called an hour later and they informed me due to busyness our pizza was accidentally delivered to the wrong location. They quickly credited me the amount and still made a new order for us. The pizza was fantastic. Deep dish and margarita. They totally owned the situation and did their best. Pizza felt cleaner. Less additives or chemicals than Lou’s or Giordano’s. “We held a family funeral lunch at Lino’s. The staff was welcoming, attentive and very friendly as they took care of our party, which filled their banquet room. We had a couple of chicken dishes, a couple of vegetable dishes, a garden salad, potatoes, and cannoli for dessert. Our guests raved about the food, which was delicious and hot! “This is a pizza place. Choices range from very thin to deep dish. We ordered a thin crust. Pizza was delishish. This is a small place with a few tables, but mostly carryout. They are super nice and very accommodating.
Prices are good. Again, the pizza is really good and the prices are reasonable.
We will return.
