The baby dragon (half of a rotisserie chicken), dragon's egg (half of a baked potato), dragon's tail ( half an ear of corn) were all delicious and cooked to perfection. Adult beverages are pricey but they come in a cup that you keep and you'll get a discount on refills. Great horsemanship and falconer skills rounded out dinner and a show! “I hadn’t been here in a while but after our most recent experience I’ll be going more often. Went for our anniversary dinner. Booked reservations thru Open Table, arrived early and got seated right away in a cozy booth in the bar. There was a card and Anniversary placard waiting for us on the table. We were offered complimentary champagne to toast right away which was delicious. Our server Susan was outstanding and all the food was exceptional. We split a wine flight - loved them all! The pacing was terrific we didn’t have to wait long for anything but we never felt rushed. We went all out for the special occasion with soup, a starter, entrees, sides and desserts but would choose more affordable happy hour options to go more frequently. The menu changes four times a year (with the seasons) and all the calorie counts are kept low for the entrees which I love.“

“Five of us in Schaumburg (3 adults and 2 teens) with a reservation. Welcoming staff and prompt service. Garlic bread, fried ravioli (crazy good!) and meatball appetizers (scrumptious!), three deep dish and two thin crust pizzas all with different toppings (everyone loved their order) followed by chocolate obsession (try it!), tiramisu and a chocolate chip cookie pizza (total hit!). Yes, we took some pizza home, but everything else was devoured. And this senior citizen of the group appreciated the fact that there are bathrooms on both floors of the restaurant:)“

“I have been going to this place for the past number of years and every single time the steaks are cooked perfectly. I actually requested “medium rare plus“. Cooked, char grilled perfectly. Highly recommend the cowboy ribeye bone in. All food, including the sides and even desserts are outstanding. Our waitress was attentive and helpful. “Beer-battered shrimp tacos, with their special topping, plus we added a slice of avocado, was what we had for dinner tonight. My husband stopped midway through his meal and said this was the BEST TACOS …and guacamole! Thank you Taco Shop!!!“

“Fantastic breakfast at Benedict’s Eggs and More! I had the biscuits and gravy and pot roast skillet - and both were to die for! Biscuits seem to be homemade along with the gravy and it was so tasty. Loved the pot roast as well on the skillet. It was tender! Service was incredible from beginning to end - always felt like I had enough coffee and made sure the experience was excellent from beginning to end. Definitely coming back here soon to try more!“

“We went to Woodfire for my birthday. The food and service is excellent. Vicki was our server and she was very friendly and attentive. The food is so fresh and homemade. The pizza crust is crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. There is an assortment of types of pizza, but the cheese pizza is the best I’ve ever had. The pasta is rich and delicious. It’s cooked perfectly and the vodka sauce is amazing. The appetizers, home brewed beer, and desserts are phenomenal too. Step aside Coopers Hawk, I have a new favorite restaurant!“

“A small restaurant with a few tables. Clean and staff is polite and friendly. They recommended a variety of dishes.

We ordered the Tum Yum Chicken soup, orange chicken w/ jasmine rice, crazy noodle beef, and green curry beef w/ jasmine rice.
All the dishes were delicious and flavorful. The staff will accommodate your spice level. Light medium, high or extra.

All meat and chicken is Halal.“

“This is an amazing decades long family owned destination for the VERY BEST hot wings! The seating is comfortable inside and outside!
The wings are superb, meaty, fresh, cooked to perfection and sauced how wings are supposed to be. Great sauce choices and sides as well as other meal items.

I found this little gem in the late 80's and frequented for years.
I had moved away and hadn't been back in over 25 years.
It is like I never left, just as I remember.
I can't say enough good things about Frank's for the Memories!! It's a must try if you are ever in the area!!!“

“My wife and I started eating at Original Pancake House in Honolulu in 1979 or 1980. The first thing I ordered was the 49er Ooey Gooey Thin and Chewy Pancakes with the Homemade Tropical sauce. (I lost my Beautiful Wife the early morning hours after Christmas 2025, so my son and I are visiting my sister and my brother-in-law in Chicago.)
Today, my taste buds thought they were getting that first ever plate of those Wonderful Pancakes! Three plate sized thin, Ooey and Gooey pancakes to make your mouth desire them every morning!
We also shared the Apple Jack (another OPH specialty).
We have enjoyed the Walker Brothers Original Pancake House when we come back to Chicago and I think this was my best experience yet!

The owners/staff are very friendly,, accommodating, and provide excellent service. I can't say enough good things about this place, and want to give it a big shout-out because it is easy to miss unless you are looking for it. You must check it out!!..... not only because it's a great little place, but because we should all do our part in supporting our local small restaurants & businesses. *I suggest trying the macarons for dessert“

“i recently had a disappointing experience at a restaurant that I felt compelled to share. I went there for dinner with my fiancée, mother, and our two young kids, ages 3 and 1. Initially, the dinner was fantastic; we were enjoying our time together and the food was great. However, after about an hour and 20 minutes, we were abruptly told we had to leave because of other reservations. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I still had my drink left, and we had just paid our tab As we were leaving, we encountered a manager and inquired about the situation. To our shock, she responded by asking if we knew how to read English, which felt incredibly rude and unprofessional. I pulled up my reservation online and nowhere does it say there was a time limit. To make matters worse, as we walked through the bar to exit, she followed my mother and physically shoved her three times. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in any establishment, and it left a sour taste in what could have been a lovely evening. We called the cops to make a report as the manager "lucy" (she told me this was her name) should never be able to touch a customer. Especially since we were not refusing to leave AND my kids were there to witness it all. In the car my son kept asking why the lady pushed my mom . This shouldn't be something I need to answer as it never should have happened. She tried telling the cops she did not have the "intent" to hurt but to get us out . Yet we were not even refusing to leave...only letting her know it was rude as we still had stuff that was unfinished that we paid for. I understand that restaurants have to manage reservations, but there are respectful ways to handle these situations. Additionally, she left it up to the waiter to tell us we had to leave . I won't be returning, and I hope this feedback helps others make an informed decision. And please , if you were in the bar / restaurant when this all happened , speak up on how wrong it was of her to push someone like that.“
