“Tried the express menu last weekend for the first time and was NOT disappointed. Vegan birria tacos (made with perfectly seasoned mushrooms) were excellent, though I have to admit the consomé wasn't, unfortunately. But the vegan soul plate was all good. The fried hearts of palm were tasty and crunchy, the mac and cheese was creamy and not too heavy, the sweet potatoes were Thanksgiving-y, and the greens did their job. And the hibiscus and ginger tea I ordered was delicious! I just wish it was less than a 40-minute drive for me, but what can you do?“

“My wife and I go to Dunk Donuts almost every morning. For less than the price of Starbucks we get a dozen donut holes and two of their blended Carmel latte drinks. 🍩 We love Dunk Donuts! “There’s ample indoor seating (high tops, low tops, couches), along with an outdoor patio, and even a conference room to work in. The staff is really attentive to detail when it comes to anticipating guests’ needs. They work with a sense of urgency too.“

I really like most mochi I've tried and had heard of mochi donuts; I had not gone out of my way to try them, though, until a food blogger I like wrote a bit about them, saying he liked them because they were not as sweet as typical donuts. “We went for a later breakfast during the week as out of towners (10am from NW Iowa). The restaurant came highly recommended and man was it worth it. With breakfast, they bring cinnamon sugar mini donuts like rolls from a “steak establishment”. The portions we generous and the service was timely.“

I’m not sure if the gentleman who is usually at the drive-thru window is the manager or the owner, but he is absolutely phenomenal. “I get decaf coffee almost every day and it's wonderful every morning. But at night forget it. Usually I thrown it out because you can't drink it's so bad. Even when I complain and give it back they don't make a new pot of decaf, they give me the same coffee diluted. Didn't they taste the coffee??? It is several hours old and it tastes bad. Good for day workers, Yuck for the evening workers. Tell them if decaf coffee sits for hours, make a new coffee.“

“I love this place . The staff and Management are always kind and helpful. I know with the incident that happened this pass week was an isolated incident and it will not stop me from going there . The person who did that was dealt with immediately you can not blame the whole staff for that one sick person .“

“Absolutely amazing: the staff is incredibly nice, the place is always clean, and service is fast. I love coming here on the weekends with friends, and since it usually isn't packed, we can stay and relax and chat. I am emotionally attached to this particular Dunkin.

Vegetarian options: Most things either don't have meat (donuts/bakery stuff) or you can get with/without meat (like the avocado toast; you can get it with or without bacon). Everything except the breakfast stuff is vegetarian, I would say. (:

Dietary restrictions: If you're trying to stay away from sugar or animal products, it would be best to stick to black coffee. There are options, but they are pretty limited.

Parking: Depending on the day/time it can be a little difficult to find parking. There are other side streets nearby that you can park on though.

Kid-friendliness: Staff is very nice, especially when kids come in. However, sometimes the kids don't clean up after themselves and leave a huge mess for the workers. Dunkin is not a table service restaurant. If your kid is coming here, please make sure they are being respectful of this shared public space.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp up to the lip in front of the storefronts when entering the parking lot through the Touhy entrance. Otherwise there is a small lip to get up to the pavement from in the parking lot. Getting into the store itself, though, wouldn't be much of a problem. The door can close kind of fast, so someone might need to grab the door.“

“Ran into this location for a friend's birthday, as she loves Dunkin. The place was nice, clean, the staff was friendly and service was superb. The clientele however needed a whooping. As one man grabbed the wrong order, made it the woman's fault behind the counter than threw it at her and demanded a new one. Very low class. But his ignorance aside, great place to grab some sweets.“

“The sandwich was well build with I presume precooked eggs and meat on rye bread. The iced coffee was a bit gritty which I didn’t like. I’m uncertain if that Duncan’s way or just didn’t blend or dissolve. The staff were pleasant and busy cleaning and cleaning!!!“
