“Though a relatively small shop, it is a good place to shop for groceries and Indian eatables. A very good place to shop Kerala items including Ayurvedic medicines. They also sell meat and poultry. You will get very good ripe plantains. You can also buy some Kerala curries and Indian frozen foods.“

“If you are looking for a caterer for your wedding or event BOOK THEM!! The food was delicioussss! We received so many compliments from guests saying it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. Meghann was extremely helpful & accommodating during the planning process. Anything I needed she made sure it was taken care of. Our day of coordinator Luis was awesome as well as all of the staff there. Everyone was super friendly and always on top of everything. Immediately after the ceremony was over we had a drink in hand and apps in our bridal suite for us. We were blown away by the food and everything from start to finish. We hope to have an event in the future to use them and have their delicious food again!“

“I definitely recommend Palace Regency! I’ve had the pleasure to book in both locations, Cicero and Berwyn, and I cannot stress enough how great the staff is, how many options are available to make all and any of your events so memorable. We’ve had most of our important family and friends’ events at their locations and we’re simply just in love with the overall ambiance and environment. Both locations have a main hall and a smaller more intimate room. Parking at this Berwyn location is great! The options are many when it comes to either booking a full package or just the hall. Overall, these are beautiful great spaces ready to make great memories!“

“The food, atmosphere, and service were all exceptional! Everything, down to the drink names, perfectly complemented the ambiance. This is an absolutely beautiful place to enjoy dinner and great food. The shawarma rolls, pork chops, and Moroccan tagine were all outstanding. If you enjoy sweet and refreshing cocktails, I highly recommend the 'Gotta Have Faith.' Overall, I would definitely return to try more dishes and highly recommend visiting this unique spot. “Burgers and sausage sandwiches are excellent here. The staff is incredibly welcoming and accommodating. When you come, your order is taken. The cost is quite affordable. The soup and fries are both excellent. Free sauce samples for your fries are frequently offered. There is typically parking accessible on the street as well as behind and to the side of the restaurant. They take care to only use premium ingredients. I'll most definitely be seeing them again soon! I recently went to this restaurant and was incredibly pleased with the meal and service. Now, you can place a phone order, and they will deliver it to your vehicle. As always, the service is prompt, quite amiable, and fairly priced for the quality of the food.“

“Gpay didn't work and I had no physical card. After trying the Gpay several times, I gave up. The manager asked for the drink I was drinking back, lol. I got in the car, saw my wallet in the seat and decided not to go back in. I drove out of my way to try this food, but this experience with being asked for the drink back was shocking. #theapartmentlady“

“Inspired Catering and Events catered our wedding at the Columbus Park Refectory a couple of weeks ago and we’re still incredibly blown away by Liz and her team. From the start, Liz stood out as incredibly receptive and accommodating. This continued throughout the process and culminated in their incredible service on our big day. We truly could not have pulled off our wedding day without her expertise and dedicated work ethic— even more so when we pushed up our wedding by almost a year. Thanks to Liz and her incredible staff, we had the day we had always imagined, put together in two months. We were even able to salvage our outdoor ceremony after an unseasonable cold snap, thanks to an eleventh hour heater acquisition. Our intimate group thoroughly enjoyed their meals and everyone was well taken care of, including two vegans in a crowd of meat-lovers. Inspired’s quinoa enchiladas will forever change how my husband and I see quinoa— it was that good. However, we’re still dreaming about the short rib and potato au gratin we had on our wedding night. That alone should be all the convincing you need to hire them for your next event. Truly, none of us have never been to a wedding where we loved the food so, so much. “My husband and I can't say enough good things about Marie's Catering. From the very beginning, Amanda was very helpful in answering our questions, being responsive, and working with us to create a menu that we wanted. We were astonished by how much food was provided at our tasting, all super yummy, and so we eagerly booked them for our reception. We opted for family style so each guest could enjoy all the dishes, and boy are we glad we did! We had DOZENS of guests come up to us that night, and since, RAVING about every dish. Everything being so delicious and cooked perfectly was even more impressive when you consider they served over 100 people. The servers were great and very attentive and even boxed up my husband and my leftovers, which was such a treat we were not expecting. I honestly don't think you could find better quality food, bar package, and service for the price. Highly recommend!“

Only opportunity is that there's random junk in certain areas of the hall that are visible to the guess.. maybe clean those corners to make it more presentable. Parking lot is big.staff was extremely friendly and treated us like family, even joking around with us and just having a good time.“

“Pinecone Cottage Tea House in Downers Grove, Illinois is a beautiful tea room both inside and outside. It has a wonderful atmosphere and great service to ith a delicious tea selection and great food too!“
“My husband and I used Huegah to cater our June 2017 wedding in Evansville, IL. Our wedding location was about a 3 hour drive from where we lived and with our work schedules we were not able to make the drive to do a tasting before the big day. Most people would be a bit nervous making such a large commitment (the meal is a HUGE part of the big day, and often times one of the biggest expenses). To be honest, when we first reached out to caterers we felt that way too. However, Paul and Angie were an absolute DREAM to work with. They were insanely prompt via phone and email with answering any and all questions we had. Again, due to our work schedules, we had limited amount of time to chat via phone, but when we did, Paul was *on it* with the details. He asked us questions that really made us feel like he was catering OUR wedding, not just a wedding. He really wanted to make sure our food fit our vision. When we gave him the option of picking what he thought would work best with the rest of our menu, he hit it out of the park. I really cannot say enough good things about Paul, Angie and the staff they brought in for our wedding. Everyone was professional, cheerful, attentive, and generally nice to be around. We even threw a big wrench into the whole event when I found out I was pregnant 5 days before our wedding. We weren't ready to tell family & friends, but we told Paul and Angie. They discretely updated our menu right away. They even were able to grab some sparkling cider for me that visually matched the wine parings the rest of our guests were drinking during the meal. I genuinely could not recommend a better caterer than Huegah. You will NOT be disappointed!“

Anthony was responsive to all of our questions throughout the several months leading up to our event, and was on site at the wedding, working every bit as hard as his catering and serving staff, to make sure everything went smoothly. “Elite Catering has one of the most diverse menus of authentic Kerala cuisine out there! The best part is they have an extensive selection ready at the store, so you can just grab and go! Salmon curry, fish moilee, beetroot thoran, biryani, butter chicken, and so much more! Their service is exceptional - they supported my elderly father during Covid (and beyond) with homemade food and even dropped it off for him! Always grateful for their Kerala hospitality! 🙏“
