“What I appreciate about this location is the warm welcome the manager always gives. He’s always caring about the customers, I’ve been 3 times and have observed him interact with various customers. It makes a difference! You would not expect this in most retail or restaurants today, it’s a lost art in terms of engagement with guests. Any way the burgers are always great and the fries always hot and crisp, too!“

“This is a five star breakfast restaurant located in West Chicago Illinois. I ordered eggs French toast bacon and sausage. The breakfast was excellent. The owner and staff are concerned that you have a positive experience and they are very attentive to their customers. Id rate this restaurant as highly recommended. The coffee was great!“

“I am SOOOO lucky to live right across the street from this ice cream shop. It’s a bit more pricey than some places but the cost reflects the incredible quality of their premium ice creams. My faves are Peanut butter cookie dough; Coconut chip; Fat Elvis & Zanzibar (a rich dark chocolate). There’s a flavor for everyone. I think there’s like 50 different kinds. Open from mid-March to mid-October & on the last day of the season, you can buy whatever is left over. I got a whole tub one October for about $50–it lasted the whole winter! Yummmmm🥰“

“Came in early afternoon on 12/16 and was greeted by Caitlyn, who welcomed me with a big smile and let me know she was happy to help if I needed anything. I was looking to get a birthday cake for my daughter, but the size available on display was a bit too large. When I asked if there were any smaller options, she explained that she had just made one and it would be ready in about 10 minutes if I didn’t mind waiting.

She even let it freeze a little longer since it was freshly made, added the candy toppings, and kindly offered to write a small birthday message on it. The entire experience was friendly, fast, and extremely courteous.

Highly recommend this location, and I would absolutely return—especially if Caitlyn is working. Her exceptional service truly went above and beyond.“

We were picking up a few blizzards, and two of them were off menu requests (older/retired recipes). The manager (owner?), Rerish, took great care of us and gave us very good recommendations. “I stopped by Cloud Tea recently and had a really good experience. The menu has plenty of bubble tea options, and everything tastes fresh. I ordered a Coconut smoothie and the sweetness level was perfect, with nice chewy tapioca pearls,The staff was friendly and the place had a relaxed vibe great for a quick drink or hanging out with friends. I checked one last time on the secret menu and was excited to see the Dubai chocolate brownie! I’ve been obsessed with Dubai chocolate and was planning to make these brownies tomorrow! I was literally one minute from the store. I ordered on my app, pulled into the curbside spot, and someone brought me my order within minutes.
