“I was there this morning on Saturday 02-12 2022 at 10:15 am and they were all on top of it Especially a young lady named Jessica! She was at the register and even though they were very busy she took the time to let me know there were sorry and acknowledged I was there! And when it was my turn for the order it was very quick! Would definitely recommend and be back again! Thank you Jessica you need a raise! Because I've been to some dunkin Doughnuts and they were very rude! Keep up the great work! It's people like you that will keep bringing me back to your location!“

“Listen this food is just too good. I hate meal prep (and cooking tbh) but wanted to eat better. I felt so lucky to find Bri and her team-- the food they make is magic and I swear to gods they trick me into eating more veggies all the time. And then the comfort food? The fried rice and the Mac n cheese and the jerk wings (even the vegan Mac n cheese, btw)? You don't even know. Last but not least- let me say that these folks are also so kind and thoughtful. Whether it's a heads up about something being out, bringing food to door when you aren't home, a cute note on the takeout bag, or offering a random extra juice one time when I picked up - they care about the food they are making and the community they are creating. Cannot say enough good things about this business 🙌💜“

“I grew up in Western Springs, in a house on the “other side of the tracks”. Almost every Sunday, my father and I would go to Kirschbaum’s for a dozen donuts. Those donuts were sooo good.“

“Stans is a great place to stop in once you’ve landed in Chicago. This location is conveniently located near ORD and offers a variety of beverages, sandwiches and of course delicious donuts.
I opted to try their special banana matcha and it was delicious! Great quality matcha and addition of banana flavor.
As I arrived a little later in the afternoon the donut stock was limited but I tried one of their croissant donuts and it was delicious- not fresh but still good.
I loved the shop interior, it was super welcoming and clean.“

“I get decaf coffee almost every day and it's wonderful every morning. But at night forget it. Usually I thrown it out because you can't drink it's so bad. Even when I complain and give it back they don't make a new pot of decaf, they give me the same coffee diluted. Didn't they taste the coffee??? It is several hours old and it tastes bad. Good for day workers, Yuck for the evening workers. Tell them if decaf coffee sits for hours, make a new coffee.“

I’m not sure if the gentleman who is usually at the drive-thru window is the manager or the owner, but he is absolutely phenomenal. He goes above and beyond every time, and what means the most to me is how kind and patient he is with my dog, who can be reactive and protective. That level of kindness and understanding is rare to find these days, and it truly goes a long way. It’s not just about coffee here—it’s about community, and that’s exactly what he brings. “Told the guy at the drive thru on 11/22 7:20pm I like creamy and milky drinks and to make it however he thinks is good and it was delicious thank you great employees very friendly. “Ran into this location for a friend's birthday, as she loves Dunkin. The place was nice, clean, the staff was friendly and service was superb. The clientele however needed a whooping. As one man grabbed the wrong order, made it the woman's fault behind the counter than threw it at her and demanded a new one. Very low class. But his ignorance aside, great place to grab some sweets.“
