“Absolutely incredible place!! It's definitely the best sushi and Thai on the north side of Chicago. We usually go to Hot Wok Cool Sushi or other places further into the city. -Not after today! This place was fantastic. The service was great - they were so friendly. And the food and presentation was phenomenal. It blew away any place that we went to before. It's the first place that all 4 members of my family agreed was awesome. We will definitely be back soon!“

“Very clean and cute shop with wonderful service. The people were very polite and food was quick. I got the orange chicken and it was outstanding. A lot of place use a sugary/ fake tasting orange sauce, but Broccoli has a very authentic and delightful taste. Our appetizers were super good, too. I was in town for a convention but I'd happily drive the hour it takes to get there to eat at Broccoli again.“

“This is our go-to takeout spot. They have plenty of vegan and gluten free options. The massaman curry and basil fried rice are my personal favorites. You can tell they use fresh ingredients and spices. I've had the chive dumplings, fried tofu, veggie egg roll, cucumber salad. (All marked vegan on the menu which I highly appreciate). The panang curry was waaaay too spicy for me so I'm sticking with massaman. I haven't dined in but whenever I pick up take out, the staff is super friendly and the restaurant has a peaceful atmosphere.“

“So good! Finally was able to check this off the list and was worth the wait! Pad Kee-Mao wasnt spicy at all in a good way! My fiancé had Catfish curry which he wasnt a fan of but that was just because he tried something different and the payoff wasnt there. Curry was delicious in his opinion though and not too expensive. Wait staff was awesome & attentive!“

“A Cozy Culinary Gem: Delights and Comfort at Chim Thai CuisineThe warmth and inviting atmosphere immediately set the stage for what was to be a memorable dining experience. Nestled in a cozy corner, this restaurant is a haven for Thai cuisine enthusiasts and foodies alike, offering a blend of traditional flavors and a homely ambiance. The Chicken Satay, a dish that stood out for its perfectly grilled texture and the harmonious blend of spices that permeated the tender chicken strips. Served with a side of rich, creamy peanut sauce, each bite was a delightful journey through the vibrant tastes of Thailand.Next on the table were the Pork Rolls, which were nothing short of exceptional. The pork filling was succulent and flavorful, complemented by a dipping sauce that added a tangy and slightly sweet note, making each bite irresistible. The highlight of the evening, however, was the Pork and Wonton Noodle Soup. The noodles, cooked to perfection, tied the whole dish together, making it a profoundly satisfying experience. The restaurant exudes a cozy charm, with its warm lighting and thoughtfully arranged decor, creating an inviting space that complements the dining experience beautifully.I will definitely comeback!“

“We have eaten here twice, once dine-in and later, take-out. The delivery was faster than they promised online, and the food was hot. I can say without qualification that I have never had better Thai in three decades of trying. The flavors in each dish are vibrant and sometimes surprising ... it's an experience I expect at a Michelin starred restaurant, but from takeout. Wtf.“

“The food is outrageously good and the man at the counter (guessing he is the owner) is wonderful. He’s helpful and welcoming and just a pleasure to deal with. I’m so glad I took a chance. I’ve got lots of decent Thai around me and the menu is a bit different here. Everything I’ve had has been so good.“

“The food was delicious. The chef really puts his whole heart into the food, a very large selection. When it comes to alcohol, there is wine and beer if you feel like it. The restaurant is very nice and spacious. There is room for more people. Large parking lot.“

“Just as great as I remembered. I ate here 10 years ago often then I moved, now that I'm back in Chicago it's worth the drive from the Southside! Service awesome, good hot and seasoned perfectly. Basil fried rice, crab Rangoon, pot stickers, pad Thai and ginger wings are staples. I hope this place never closes! I wish the take out on 18th was still there but maybe another location will pop up in the future. Til then I'm going to keep taking the 45 minute ride to Berwyn, it's just that good and the service and quickness you receive such delicious food is unmatched.“

“This place consistently has the best chicken wings, best noodles for a Thai spot outside the city. One issue is they don’t know how good they are and are sometimes short staffed making longer queues, and slightly rushed dishes but god damn are they good.“

“Love this place. They're Thai. Fried rice is phenomenal. I order it at least twice a month. Their sushi is fantastic and you can customize. It's a little hard to find but it's right off the expressway but I would recommend this place. Their chicken satay also is phenomenal. It's so moist and tender“

“There are several great asian restaurants in La Grange, and most are pretty high end.Yau's Place is on the opposite end of the spectrum, but in a quaint kind of way. This is a hole-in-the-wall, mom-and-pop restaurant, run by a family that charmingly puts zero effort into creating an ambiance. I seriously say that with affection. This isn't a place you'd want to bring a date, but if you just want some good, cheap, fast chicken fried rice (or whatever your favorite Chinese dish is), I'd recommend it.Just be prepared to have a little "uhh.... are you open?" type of reaction when you walk in.“

“The food here is so good—full of flavor, very nice thick sauces, some dishes you don’t see at every Thai restaurant (somtum, some interesting fish) and the servings are so generous when eating in. It’s also a beautiful, quiet space with lots of greenery, wood, kind of an elegant 90s feel. Truly one of my favorite places in Chicago.“

“Solid Thai spot in oak park with quick service and deals if you pay cash (we got a free pad Thai for spending over $70). I absolutely loved the kao soy, I took the broth home and added my own noodles the next day for the best leftover-lunch ever.“

“I tried Chai Yo Thai Cuisine for the first time today for lunch. It was pretty good, we tried the Red & Green curry which were both tasty and spicy. The Tom Yum soup had a nice taste to it as well lots of lime flavor and decent portion size for a small. The beef could be better kind of hard pieces, I think the chicken was better. Also the parking is street parking only. I'd recommend overall.“

“First time eating at this restaurant. I work in the area and had a craving for Thai food, unfortunately the restaurant I always go to was closed. I ordered the Pad Thai and it was very delicious ? I asked for Thai hot and no peanuts, they made my order exactly how I wanted it so that was a plus.My food was to go and the owner came out to hang me my food and gave me a new year's cute keychain. I highly recommend this restaurant!“

“one of my favorite pan-asian spots in chicago! the food is always so delicious and fresh, i've gotten it delivered, picked it up, and sat in and every time it's fire. it seems to be family owned, as sometimes there are kids/teens taking my order or serving me, which I love supporting! very attentive and quick to bring the food. if you come, don't miss out on the smoothies. my girlfriend and I will sometimes even come just for the smoothies. they are made with fresh fruit that you see them blend and make right in front of of you. they are so good! I come here pretty often, and highly recommend.“

“I stopped by today in the afternoon for some soup. I had a taste for Thai coconut soup. It was very tasty and the food is always freshly made. The restaurant feels very comfortable and is beautifully decorated. It's a family owned place who take pride in freshly home cooked flavorful meals. This restaurant has been in the neighborhood for a very long time. I spoke with the owner for awhile as I ate my meal. Very nice family. Visit the restaurant as you won't be disappointed.“

“I have been going here for years and I'm happy they survived COVID. They were mostly take out until recently, when they reopened their dine in area. It's a quiet, nice restaurant with good sushi. “The Pad Thai and the Drunken Noodle were both delicious! I'd recommend the drunken noodle, it was more saucy and flavorful. We tried some of the appetizers and they were standard fried samplers. The atmosphere does feel a little dated, but everything was clean and the food was great. Staff was very friendly too. Would definitely go back.Vegetarian options: Pretty much every dish has the option to swap your meat for a tofu.“

“Wow this place is awesome! We wanted to find a restaurant with good Chinese food on our way home from downtown and Harmony had positive reviews so we gave them a try. The outside is simple and straightforward, and a little deceiving in a really good way -- walking inside we were surprised at how much space there was, and the decor and fish tank were spot on! Friendly and fast service, tasty drinks, delicious food, a hidden gem!“

“From the massive gift shop to the real Japanese people baking the sushi in the kitchen. This place was phenomenal. My friends talked me into this because I was really skeptical about eating raw pork and chicken however I was not disappointed. I have never had such good Chinese sushi, and pierogis in my life. I felt like I was in a time machine that took me back to 1941 such a vintage location with historic sentiment. Don’t forget to try the special verde sauce. This place is for the whole family.“

“Best Thai restaurant with kind people. There food is addicting I always order Gluten Free Ginger Beef add Brocoli extra beef no mushrooms. My wife always gets pad tai or beef and brocoli and enjoys it. I've never eaten at the resteraunt but it's cozy.I am sick for the hate reviews this place gets. I'm not saying they are cheap but affordable most definitely. Your getting a premium meal each time that has love to it. They have in the past given me wrong food few times but since corrected it and pay more attention on it.There really is no negative remarks I can give as the food is savory and I'm happy each time I eat from here. The meat is never fatty or grisly and they all work very hard. This is my favorite resteraunt as the consistency is there and food is the bestDietary restrictions: Great gluten free options and they pay attention to it.I trust them fully“

“My family and I traveled to Chicago twice this year and dined at the Asian Cuisine Express both times. The owner, cooks and wait staff were all extremely friendly and made each of our visits a wonderful experience. We ordered Chinese and Japanese food and we also sampled some of their new delicious tacos... everything we tried was absolutely fantastic. We live 300 miles away so we ordered a lot of takeout to bring home with us to share with our friends who didn't get to make the trips. Asian Cuisine express will be a regular stop now for us every time we go to Chicago... we highly recommend everyone tries this restaurant and we can't wait until we visit there again. “Some of the best Thai food I have had in awhile. When I am sick, I want some spicy Thai herbs to knock out a virus and this restaurant delivered. Got Covid and all I craved was Thai food. It was soothing, comforting and made me feel better. Staff were so pleasant to work with on the phone and very accommodating. Driver respected my no contact delivery request. The Tom Khar soup was phenomenal - creamy, delicious and all the right spices. Green curry was soothing and smooth. Food was clean and fresh. It was so good I ordered from here 3 times in 1 week while I was sick because that is all I wanted. My sister is now hooked on this place because when she got sick I ordered her what I had and it made her feel better as well. Nothing like fresh comfort food that does not weigh heavy on you to make you feel better. Would recommend giving this restaurant a try.“
