“I come here because they do pour-overs. Really Good pour-overs. (If they're busy, multi-tasking staff may miss the correcting timing so the extractions are suboptimal and may alter the taste in the negative.) But still a great coffee - I'm nitpicking.

I enjoy this more than the other places in Libertyville because the barista's really know their products - every one I've talked with has been able to discuss each coffee with knowledge that helps me learn. And oh so friendly, nice people who work there.

Pastry choices are limited, so-so in taste, and too sugary for me (donuts, muffins) They could use some nice croissants, chocolate croissants, morning buns, etc. If they partnered with Hewn Bakery it would be perfect. (I will often get coffee to go, and bring my own Hewn to eat outside at the benches.)“

“We tried two slices of cake and two pastries. The cakes were absolutely amazing — so light, fluffy, and delicious! We’ll definitely be coming back for more and can’t wait to try other flavors. The pastries looked beautiful, but we weren’t big fans of the filling — it had a pudding-like texture that just wasn’t to our taste. That being said, the quality of the doughnuts are so much better. Like they aren't the chain Dunkin doughnuts they are different. You can make fun of me all you want but come try these damn doughnuts they are the best Dunkin doughnuts I ever had! They cooked the egg bites perfectly. My bagel and cream cheese was done extra toasty like I asked and it's perfect! They also did my coffee perfect too! “If I had a negative marking they deserve that. The employees do not know how to avail a deal from DD app. I was not able to use my promo deal and the employee had no idea about it. The company should train their workers to use the app before asking customers to download it. Failure of the training.“

“This location is very accommodating! The food was a bit more crispy/almost burnt, but I see they were busy with online orders. We bought a milk and the seal to the cap was broken so they gave us a new one. There was also a mix-up with the type of sandwich we ordered and the owner personally got us the right one! Now that’s what good service is! I’m not sure I’d come back unless the owner is here lol but hey I will still give them 5 stars.“
