“Wow! We had the best time yesterday at Crave Cookie Lombard! My two children wanted to try it out so we went in. First impressions, it’s very clean and welcoming! We tried the Dubai strawberry cup, the cookie milk shake and a loaded soda! All were very delicious. It was the best loaded soda I’ve ever had! Our host the owner’s niece took the extra time to talk with us and told us a little bit about the family business. She even gave us free samples of warm chocolate chip cookies! They were so yummy! Wearing the same pair of gloves the entire time. I made a comment that she should probably switch gloves if she is going to touch her personal phone and then peoples food. Just wanted to be sure it doesn’t happen again. That’s gross.“

First of all, shoutout to my amazing husband, who casually stopped and brought this home like it was just a normal Thursday and not a life-altering act of love. Sir. You didn’t bring me a paczki. You brought me trust issues with every other dessert. Imagine the love child of a Samoa Girl Scout cookie and a cloud. The caramel? Aggressive in the best possible way. The coconut? Perfectly toasted like it knew it had something to prove. The chocolate? Just enough to remind you that life can still surprise you in beautiful ways. And the dough itself? So soft it felt illegal. I took one bite and immediately understood why people line up in the cold for paczki like it’s a survival situation. This wasn’t a donut. This was an experience. A personality trait. A reminder that I married the right man. 10/10. Would ruin my diet, my dignity, and my emotional stability for another one.“

The donuts are truly amazing, think the early days of Krispy Kreme, light and fluffy then this place picks it up considerably. This time I had a Pineapple donut, which I did not know was a thing, it was so good it hurt Two pieces of advice for visitors.
1. However many you get be prepared to eat them all.
2. For those giving stupid 1 star reviews because they felt like a donut at noon, can't blame you but still, understanding the perishable food industry would help. They just can't keep making donuts all day since they don't carry over well at all. Get out of the rack and go get these delicious donuts in the early AM as nature intended.
To the owners, great job, perhaps change the posted hours to reflect you close when sold out, which occurs daily. That would help satisfy the 1 PM donut eaters who will just need to get moving.“

I walked in at 8 30, 1/2 an hour before they close and they had already put away all of their stock so I walked right back out. I have worked at bakeries and the food industry and typically that is the last thing you do for night’s cleanup 🤷🏻‍♀ Behind me, a couple walked in into the exact same thing and then another. Guess it’s loss of business for them. It’s unfortunate.“

“Red Ribbon in Bolingbrook is one of my favorite places for cakes and pastries. My favorites are Chocolate Mousse and Mango Cake very moist and flavorful, and the variety of baked goods gives everyone something to enjoy. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and provides excellent customer service especially Ms. Vanessa. We keep coming back because of her. I’ll give this Bakeshop a 10star if I could!🙌“
