“Catfish the owner consummate bar owner he remembers everyone and makes a point to greet his customers personally. A Harley rider himself holds group rides on Saturdays during riding season. This is the local location of the annual Blessing of the Bikes . A large outdoor seating area with plenty of property for huge crowds attending several biker events each year. Always some free food on weekends as well as bar food for sale reasonabley priced beer and cocktails.“

“I really enjoyed my afternoon/evening here. It's grungy, painted black, inside and outside bars, tables on the patio and bar stools at the bar inside. There are so many video games that I used to play. Basketball and skee ball and tabletop games. The only downside was not having a barstool to sit on while playing games.“

“A cool little dive bar with pinball machines. On a Sunday night they seem to have some league whereby people play them all night so normal patrons can’t use them. It’s a pretty cool place though, and if you can find a night where you can play pinball or just listen to the jukebox, I’d definitely recommend it. Tiny chef is excellent also and they sell food at a window inside the bar.“

“I stumbled upon this gem on Halloween and it has easy become me and my friends favorite spot to unwind and enjoy a nice cocktail. The Passport is relaxing, family ran , and very intimate, the music is 10/10, the drinks are handcrafted by some amazing Bartenders who knowledgeable and friendly, it’s a must try! I definitely know you won’t be disappointed!“

I truly enjoy the lgbtq+/ all-inclusive atmosphere they provide. The music is always top notch, the staff is extremely friendly and quick to serve! They also have a super cute patio and open-air garage area, giving patrons a variety of areas to hang, dance or socialize. They also host some really unique, fun and exciting events that Ive thoroughly enjoyed attending or vending with my business. This Bar is definitely a hidden GEM in St. Louis!“

“Over the past three years I have frequented this bar, and I have to say it’s one of the hidden gems of our city. Stan’s is a slice of south city and has cemented itself as an iconic establishment. No two nights are the same, but you feel at home when you walk through the door. Love this place. The staff are top shelf.“

“Decided to check out the restaurant with my cousins. Our food was great, loved the atmosphere! I’d like to give a big thanks to our server, Tyler. He was friendly and gave us great advice on some of the menu items. When presented with a generous tip as we left, he said he honestly didn’t feel like he did a great enough job to deserve the tip. “I knew the owners of this place. Rose and Tony. My grandma took me down there when I was two. She ran a run down apt complex right next to there. I can’t believe it is still there. Rose and Tony would come to my house for holidays. I will be visiting there soon. It was a nice little dive bar the last time I was there. I worked at the west and cafe. I think rose and Tony were still alive at that point. Like 30 years ago. Love them and I loved this little bar.“

“I’ve been coming to grizzly bear for years with friends and family. I love the atmosphere inside and outside. The historical building is absolutely gorgeous. Marie was mine and my sisters bartender and she was so sweet and attentive. Absolutely love her! 10/10 definitely recommend. The wings are delicious and I love playing darts in the front room. Never a dull moment at the grizzly bear.“
“I like this place because the drinks are always mixed really good...good music always playing plus 8th inning offers alot of different games to play while your there..keeno..pool... pinball...and they have keroke every Friday. “When I say this place is a vibe.... baby it hits every time. Very very hard to get a waitress or a drink from the bar...I had to wait until others were at the table with me, as I didn't want to lose the table. I sat for over an hour watching all these other people get served... food it outstanding tho!!“
“If you are into EDM better and safer than Washington Ave. Remodeled decor is awesome, staff know their stuff. Only complaint is very long bar but only four bar stools“
