“Service was awful! Our server, Joselyn, slammed down the glasses of water 5 minutes after we were seated, took our order and never saw her again until she slammed the bill down at our table. We saw her for a total of 3 minutes in the 45 minutes we were there. Unfortunately for Joselyn, her tip reflected her poor service. I tip 20-25% for good service, she lost out and made the restaurant less desirable to return. However, the burger was juicy and delicious, the macaroni and cheese was outstanding!“

“The burgers are wonderful. I had mine cooked medium well and it was not dry like some places. I really like the fries because they have the skin on. They originally forgot my french fries but they fixed it by giving me free cheese sticks and helped me out. I will be back.“

“Food is delicious. The atmosphere is welcoming and chill. The staff is wonderfully friendly and accommodating. We were there with my 7 and 10 year old for dinner. My son has special needs and they were so great with him. At the end of the dinner when they could see I was struggling a bit with my son, one server came to me and said, “don’t worry mama, we got you.” So kind. Thank you Stockholms for being an amazing place. Highly recommend. Highly highly recommend.“

I thought it was a joke, like doctors making house calls. Sure enough, they came to my door with the coleslaws, an extra, and a pint of blueberry cheesecake. Unbelievable! I've gone there since they opened. Now I won't go anywhere else. Caring about customers isn't lost! Wonderful people!“

“I had the Beast double combo, added bacon , extra cheese and lettuce. I have to say, the burger was pretty good. I wish it had a little more sauce and mayo but it was really good. It's up there in price but you do get full. I would like if they had more advertising or anything to let you know it's a ghost menu. I drove around a few times because it was a pizza joint and couldn't see any signs of Mr beast burgers. I will be back but I hope Mr beast makes these adjustments.“

“This employee at this dq I think his name was fabyan was outstanding. He got more order with no mistakes and precise detail. He even reviewed my order to make sure he got it right. When I got the ice cream he was extremely kind and asked if I would like extra napkins and more. Fabyan definitely deserves this 5 stars but deserves a great raise as well! “I am a regular at this Dairy Queen. There was a communication error more on my part. An extra blizzard were made and i ended up paying more. The employees were great everything worked out. Always excellent customer service, clean tables, just amazing especially for a fast food place.We recently went through the drive through, and one item was left out. No biggie it happens, I called and they said to just mention it next time I was in and they'd take care of me. Well last night I was at Delnor ( local er) pretty late and missed dinner so I figured I would stop through and redeem my item. Not only did the person over the intercom in the drive through apologize for the mishap, they told me to pick any combo and they'd add it no charge. “Autumn at this location is an angel on earth. After visiting the night of July 4th my daughter lost her blankeys somewhere at the DQ. I went back that evening to ask and no one had seen them. I went back the next morning and Autumn was so kind to take my number and said she would look around. After checking the dumpster (what a sweetheart) she found them! My daughter was heartbroken after a night of sleeplessness and now she is over the moon. I’m so glad she saw this act of kindness at such a young age. Thank you Autumn you are simply the best! Ice cream is good too.“

“Great chicken fingers!!! But if someone in charge could please fix the menu on DoorDash for the mozzarella sticks? It says it comes with marinara sauce, but then makes you select from a list of sauces and marinara is not a choice. So one time I just picked a different sauce and got that sauce and not the marinara and the other time I picked no sauce and didn’t get anything. So if marinara sauce could be added to the sauce selection so there’s no confusion that would be wonderful.“

“It's a hotdog and Italian beef place. Saturday is $1 milkshakes, and Tuesday is $1 hotdogs. Don't forget to tip the staff, especially if buying the $1 specials. They also have great burgers. The cheesy beef with sweet peppers is my favorite. We'll ofter dine in on a Tuesday and buy two dogs and a large fry. Fries are very good.“
