Always delicious, but service and food runners could be better trained and more attentive. The manager who also tends bar is quite delightful. “Took The Wife here for a late lunch. It was busy-ish, but we got a table fairly quickly. I got a Cheeseburger that took a very long time to make, and The Wife got a soup and half a sandwich. Nice place for the most part, but the seats and tables were sticky and dirty. Prices were more than average. A bit on the high side. Not sure if we'll come back.“

“Everything was so good! Service was decent, food was great. Drinks were well made and prices were similar to everywhere else these days. The tempura brownie dessert is huge!!! The Frenchie burger was sloppy and delicious. The 3% service fee to help with costs when costs were not cheaper than anywhere else was not great in my opinion.“

“I have been to this location in Elgin. I have been there five or six times in the last week. It gets very busy on Friday nights, Saturday nights. And Sunday afternoons. That's to be expected at Culver's. When I arrived, I was greeted when i walked through the door. I ordered my food, a double sourdough melt with deep fried cheese curds. it was delicious. A few days passed, and I returned to the culver's in Elgin. I ordered a double butter burger. Chili cheese, fries, and a scoop with hot caramel and banana. These were also very good. I received my food promptly. Every part of my order was hot and fresh. I have no complaints to state about Culver's.“

“We walked into the place and were greeted by multiple people. Very welcoming! We chose a table and got a couple beers. They have an extensive beer list - about a dozen on tap and over a hundred bottles and cans. We both ordered hamburgers. I got the one with the grilled onions and my husband got the basic. Hamburgers were great, one of the best in the area. They come with a choice of fries or tots. The fries were over-seasoned and hard, not very good. The tops were crispy and nicely seasoned, but mushy inside, like mashed potatoes. I guess the tots were better, but I didn't love them. The service was great! Loved our server. “Dairy Queen's ice cream is awesome. Got a cookie dough blizzard with extra cookie dough and a churro dipped ice cream cone and they were great. Great service there too. Also make sure you bring money smaller than a twenty dollar bill. There's a sign on the window that says to use small bills only.“

“I am a regular at this Dairy Queen. There was a communication error more on my part. An extra blizzard were made and i ended up paying more. The employees were great everything worked out. I never have had a problem. This was just a minor mix up. So 1000 ? to the young employees running the store.“

“It would be a perfect 5 stars but picking up food is CHAOTIC. There's no designated area for it and you have to almost fight the drunkies for access to the bar so you can talk to someone. Then good luck getting the attention of a bar tender. Holler at a bus boy if you can and they definitely help get you your food from the back.“

“My gyro was hard and did not taste great. My moms Italian beef sandwich was so hot it had her coughing. I did not complain about mine but mama was talking to the manager when she started coughing so it was inevitable. The manager explained it had already been sent up the chain and got mama another sandwich which turned out not as hot.The service was top of the line.The manager also was helping with a catering order and was very helpful.Dietary restrictions: they do not have a list of ingredients and their daily value.Parking: Parking was right beside the building and there was plenty of it. “Hit drive thru last night for a sweet tooth craving! Ordered milkshakes and blizzards for everyone in the family including pup cups for the dogs! They do offer pup cups at this location... love that! The drive Thru is open every day until 9:30 PM which is great. The staff was younger but friendly! There are a few tables outside if you wanted to sit outside. Our order was correct as ordered. The blizzard we ordered was made with a little bit too much hot fudge mixed into it but still tasty! I usually like to support small owned businesses around the area since we are in diary land being so close to WI. But when craving soft serve, we come here! We will be back. Love a diary queen ice cream cake also. For sugar free options they have a sugar free dilly bar.“

“Cheesy beef garlicy bread was really good. Excellent flavor. Good texture in the meat, cheese did not overpower the meat flavor and I can taste the garlic bread. The only minor complaint that I'd say is the juice that I ordered in the two cups, one of them was smashed, crushed and dribbled all over the inside of the plastic bag. The only other thing is the sandwich seemed a little bit on the small side, much smaller than a portillo's.“
