“Service was awful! Our server, Joselyn, slammed down the glasses of water 5 minutes after we were seated, took our order and never saw her again until she slammed the bill down at our table. We saw her for a total of 3 minutes in the 45 minutes we were there. Unfortunately for Joselyn, her tip reflected her poor service. I tip 20-25% for good service, she lost out and made the restaurant less desirable to return. However, the burger was juicy and delicious, the macaroni and cheese was outstanding!“

My son has special needs and they were so great with him. At the end of the dinner when they could see I was struggling a bit with my son, one server came to me and said, “don’t worry mama, we got you.” So kind. I thought it was a joke, like doctors making house calls. Sure enough, they came to my door with the coleslaws, an extra, and a pint of blueberry cheesecake. Unbelievable! I've gone there since they opened. Now I won't go anywhere else. Caring about customers isn't lost! Wonderful people!“

“The burgers are wonderful. I had mine cooked medium well and it was not dry like some places. I really like the fries because they have the skin on. They originally forgot my french fries but they fixed it by giving me free cheese sticks and helped me out. I will be back.“

Good veggies and toppings, fresh bread and pitas, high quality meets. If I ate here every day I would weigh 300lbs LOL, the servings are HUGE, and the prices are reasonable. Next time you are thinking of Portillos and are in Batavia stop at the Bulldog instead and get treated to this local favorite: )“

“This employee at this dq I think his name was fabyan was outstanding. He got more order with no mistakes and precise detail. He even reviewed my order to make sure he got it right. When I got the ice cream he was extremely kind and asked if I would like extra napkins and more. Fabyan definitely deserves this 5 stars but deserves a great raise as well! “Autumn at this location is an angel on earth. After visiting the night of July 4th my daughter lost her blankeys somewhere at the DQ. I went back that evening to ask and no one had seen them. I went back the next morning and Autumn was so kind to take my number and said she would look around. After checking the dumpster (what a sweetheart) she found them! My daughter was heartbroken after a night of sleeplessness and now she is over the moon. I’m so glad she saw this act of kindness at such a young age. Thank you Autumn you are simply the best! Ice cream is good too.“

“I had the Beast double combo, added bacon , extra cheese and lettuce. I have to say, the burger was pretty good. I wish it had a little more sauce and mayo but it was really good. It's up there in price but you do get full. I would like if they had more advertising or anything to let you know it's a ghost menu. I drove around a few times because it was a pizza joint and couldn't see any signs of Mr beast burgers. I will be back but I hope Mr beast makes these adjustments.“

“Great chicken fingers!!! But if someone in charge could please fix the menu on DoorDash for the mozzarella sticks? It says it comes with marinara sauce, but then makes you select from a list of sauces and marinara is not a choice. So one time I just picked a different sauce and got that sauce and not the marinara and the other time I picked no sauce and didn’t get anything. So if marinara sauce could be added to the sauce selection so there’s no confusion that would be wonderful.“

“We frequent this BK as it is the only one around, and because it is a very nice place. Always excellent customer service, clean tables, just amazing especially for a fast food place.We recently went through the drive through, and one item was left out. No biggie it happens, I called and they said to just mention it next time I was in and they'd take care of me. Well last night I was at Delnor ( local er) pretty late and missed dinner so I figured I would stop through and redeem my item. Not only did the person over the intercom in the drive through apologize for the mishap, they told me to pick any combo and they'd add it no charge. This was so nice, especially after spending a few hours and the ER.“

“WOW this place has totally improved since back in the day!!!! The portions are huge, satisfying, and affordable (no crazy expensive burgers like everywhere else). The food here isn't nasty like mcds. It cares about healthy food. 100% REAL MEAT (no preservatives!) grass fed burgers, not scrawny little patties mixed with God knows what. Huge onion rings and beef tallow fries, not mystery seed oils. The milkshakes are made with REAL milk. They were voted #1 milkshakes by the zagat survey. It's kid friendly. Senior friendly (84 yr old mom with full dentures approved). Im highly impressed by the upgrades! This is def a hidden gem. If you haven't been here in a while, try it again!“

“First time coming here today and I will definitely come back. My 73 year old mother got stung on her hand while we were eating in the parking lot and ending up dropping her sandwich. The manager was so kind and gave us a nice size bag of ice for her bee sting and they remade her sandwich fresh for her. The whole staff was exteremly friendly and kind and the food was amazing. Thank you for you wonderful and kind serve! Made my first time experince very pleasent considering the situation... The bag of ice helped my mother so much! Thank you kindly“
