“This was my 1st time at this location. I ordered online for the BOGO special with curbside pickup. They came to the car about 5 minutes after the ready time, and the app showed my order was ready. No biggie. My order was made perfect, with the condiments I had to add in the comment section. However, the meat portion was extremely skimpy.
I will order the extra meat next time, with the same order to compare.“

“I was so impressed with Benjamin. He was the only employee on duty and other staff person failed to show up for work. But that didn’t stop Benjamin from serving each person with attention and calmness as each order was requested. After about 20 minutes, I asked if he was the only person on staff, he responded yes. He constantly addressed the line saying thank you and I’ll be with you shortly.Several things impressed me about this young man (he appeared he was in high school age):1. He saw people come in and wait for a few minutes then abruptly leave but he remained focused on the order and customer he had before him2. A man who came into the store begging the patrons for money, Benjamin kindly ask the man to leave. The man began to challenged Benjamin’s request. Benjamin maintained his request and again kindly ask the man to leave via instructions from his manager (who wasn’t there either). Another customer quickly stepped in and asked the man what he wanted to eat and drink (of course we were approached by the same man early and he declined the purchase of food instead he wanted money), he purchased food and drink for him with understanding he would leave the premises. As the man waited for his food, he spoke aggressively to Benjamin. I’m not sure what he said but Benjamin’s response was that he was following the directive of his manager. Finally the man left with his sandwich and drink in hand.Though Benjamin is young, he handled himself as a mature professional man! I applaud his commitment to his employer, the customers and his work ethic! I’m sure Subway is ONLY paying this SUPERIOR employee minimum wage (shame on them)! Not only should he receive a significant pay increase but also a big bonus!!! He not only represented Subway magnificently but serious kudos to his parents for raising an ethical upstanding young man.BTW, I had #12 and it was fantastic!!!!“

“I visited Fitchy's Home of the Hogie yesterday. I purchased the impossible Hogie and fries. The food was absolutely delicious. Much shorter wait time and travel time then going to the Home Of the Hogie in Chicago.“

“I went for the deep fried Philly cheese steak. It was everything I expected because I had it before. Absolutely tasty, greasy and delicious. The saucy French fries were
delicious,they have different french fry styles. Alot to choose from but this is my go to sandwich at this establishment. a good tasty meal.“

“Jay at the counter was amazing! We ordered online because there was a line but he made accommodations like mayo and mustard on the bread etc. half tomato on the nachos, as we were in store, and he didn’t make a fuss about us asking to edit the order. The atmosphere gets a 1 star because the people walking in were obnoxious and rude. Definitely would have eaten inside had there not been numerous people in there being rude to the employee. When I thought I was placing the order at the store, it was in door dash and they charged $18.97 and will not issue a credit. Be careful placing your order. Call the store so they get the credit instead of DOOR DASH.“

“I ate at this Charleys location for the first time in a while and lemme tell you, this place is amazing!!! Seems like new management because the place is ten times better than when I had it before. I ordered a philly steak cheese fries boneless lemon pepper wings and a strawberry lemonade and everything was ON POINT! The service was great too, the manager i believe his name is Jay was really nice and helpful. I noticed they have milkshakes but i had no room for dessert the food is so filling and worth the money, definently want to try that cookies and cream milkshake next time tho :)

Vegetarian options: They have a grilled veggie sandwich that is delicious!

“This place is amazing.Love the food.Make sure to get a super sub card.You buy 15 meals and you'll get a free sub.Good drive-thru.Clean and well kept.Everybody is friendly and eager to get The meal served.Parking is squeezy but works.They do party platters for your next holiday celebration.So many good drinks to be served.

“First of all, the staff at this particular location need a raise, Because they actually understand customer service. I went to Subway and had no clue what I wanted to eat, And yet the staff was patient with me did not rush me can allow me to customize my sandwich. The way I wanted to. They had the footlong cookie too, which I wanted to try however, After the cookie went into the oven, I was expecting it to have a crispy exterior like a cookie, but it did not, it felt almost like a footlong piece of cake. Which was the only bad thing about it...“

“I always get my favorite sandwich the cold cut trio and today I decided to go with Italian herbs and cheese bread and they did not disappoint. I really enjoyed using my subway coupon, which gave me no trouble, and the ladies there were polite and very helpful. Inside is clean and neat, and the veggies looked great this time. They must have fixed the temperature gage in the cooler under the veggies, because at on point they were getting freezer burn, and I had stopped going. But I returned and yes they have it all fixed. “We used to only go to the South Holland Jimmy John’s but when it closed, we ended up primarily going to Munster. Well, one day we switched it up and tried the Homewood location and from day one, Ka’myah deserved this review. We walk into the door and she knows exactly who we are and our orders. She goes above and beyond for her customers and never fails! She is so kind/ courteous and it needs to be put in writing if it hasn’t been already! “I visited Subway yesterday morning and was pleasantly surprised by the service. A hijabi girl, I believe her name is Naina, was working the morning shift—she was excellent with her communication and very polite. She made my food patiently, just the way I wanted, and gave outstanding customer service. I’ve been here many times before and had unpleasant experiences with two Gujarati male staff who were rude and struggled to communicate clearly. Naina, however, made my visit enjoyable, and I truly appreciate her professionalism. Subway should have more hardworking and customer-friendly staff like her.“
